Easy access to the freeway, free wifi. New ownership, so the old reviews about the old owner are not really valid any longer. Pull through spaces, staff is always so nice. It's a nice clean park, you can tell they maintain it regularly. Has a pool with access during the summer. Showers/bathrooms/laundry areas are very clean and well maintained. Speed bumps are not bad as some reviews have suggested.. just pay attention, which you should be doing already. Close to fuel (maybe 3 or 4 blocks), a casino, food isn't too far with a number of restaurants at the next exit down 82. Nice place all in all.

I live in the Snohomish county. I rented a RV space here because I come here to work. This RV park seems to improve after the new owner came. The internet speed is faster, the RV park is more clean, and the new manager Leslie is friendly. In general, my neighbors are friendly. I have been here for 4 years.

This place is the worst. The lady that runs the place is an evil person. She accuses people of doing things they did not do. She kicked us out for no good reason and kept our money .it’s full of drug users and losers she fits right in with them. She is a thief
and a grouch old lady who should
not deal with the public. Do not
stay here unless you are looking
for a terrible over priced unsafe
place to stay. I’ve never been treated so badly. Zero stars negative stars if I could I don’t normally post things online but she is such a mean person I felt I should warn others about how evil and horrible she is. I recommend staying anywhere else but here. I promise I am not exaggerating at all.

I'm not sure why there are these bad reviews. We were in town for a baseball tournament and decided to try this over paying $530 for 2 nights at a hotel. This more than fit the bill. Super convenient to all the ballparks, hotels where our friends were and stores. There seems to be many long term residents here - one was really helpful to help us back our trailer into a tight spot. Pool and bathrooms were super clean. The woman there was super nice, so helpful trying to show us where everything was on a map. The sites are a little small and the grounds could maybe use a little help but for our purpose it was perfect. ||||In regards to the complaints I saw on the other reviews - there was a sign up about the cats that someone from a shelter was going to try and trap them. We did see a few but they didn't bother us - it is hardly the park's fault they are there. The pool did close early (7) the day we arrived but once Sherry saw we had kids, she said she'd leave it open later for us. We were told we could have any drinks we wanted, just no glass which I thought reasonable. We were never told we couldn't "walk on the grass" but we did tell our kids (on our own) that we thought many people lived here and that they needed to be respectful and not run through their spots. We also told them they couldn't run around yelling and disturbing the peace. Bottom line from those reviews is it seems like they had rude kids that were disrespectful. We literally had not one issue with the owner or anyone else there.

Perfectly fine RV park. It is spendy ($77 for a night) and crowded, but this is standard for RV parks, which is why I don't stay in them unless absolutely necessary. In my case, on the road and finding myself with a non-functioning generator and no solar, this park had an opening and definitely met the need. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Today, 5/24/2022, the park had the speed bumps ground down and widened so they are now much easier to cross. Many comments have been made about those "spine shakers," but they are much better now.
Also, this spring the trees got trimmed and the new owner seemed to be intent on improving and upgrading the park.
As a full time resident I really appreciate the attention being given to the improvements.
