Kelly, the owner of wire grass cab is very professional. She's very polite, very sweet. She was very nice to my service dog. She patted and played with him a little bit and she was on time very punctual. I give her a 10 out of 5 because she was so good. Thank you kelly for your services

I started contacting this company at 8pn for a Dothan to Ozark ride. Two hours later, I was finally contacted. The female I spoke with said 30 minutes, so I waited.... For TWO HOURS. I finally gave up at midnight. Never heard from ANYONE after that. This is a very poor way to treat customers and even worse way of doing business. Glad it wasn't a true emergency or anything.... I would NOT recommend using this service. You'd be better off walking to wherever you need to go. Major disappointment is all anyone will get from this place.
