I loved this place! The room pricing was excellent, plus the resort doesn't nickle and dime you for every little thing. I went during the spring, so the outdoor portion of the park wasn't even open, it was just the indoor park, and we still had an absolute blast! The woods behind the resort include trails along a vibrant, rushing river - a real morning or evening treat I highly recommend. If you're planning a longer stay, go with a two or three bedroom, that way you'll have access to a full kitchen. Saves on money, and offers the pleasure of cooking your own meals while on vacation.

It was a good experience. We took advantage of the All Inclusive package. The quality of the room was a little disappointing. We were placed in the oldest part of the resort. The room was very dated with fluorescent lighting on the ceiling which is harsh on the eyes. Luckily the view of the river was peaceful. The bathroom soap/lotion dispenser next to the sink didn’t have any soap in it and appeared broken. The bed was comfortable. The food that we did take advantage of as part of the package was better than I had expected. Would I do the all inclusive again? Probably not. It was my girlfriend and I so I don’t feel we got a good value for it based on the room quality. All the staff we interacted with were fantastic.

My stay was pretty good , I only had one concern about the cleanliness but I will discuss with the resort about that. Overall coming especially in the week is pretty relaxing as it is not overcrowded and places are so accessible and easily find your way. Took my daughter for her first waterpark experience and it was a grand slam. The indoor waterpark was organized and well kept and again with the signs makes it easy to find your way around. This place has been my family’s go to since I was 7 years old and I am now 29. Will come again

Easy check in. Nice accommodations. Would have liked our rooms to be cleaned (stayed 2 nights) after the first night. Hot tub outside was beautiful. Beautiful views. Good temperature control. Quiet. Shower and bathroom in the water park left MUCH to be desired. Wish they were bigger and more private.

We stayed at this resort from April 11th to April 13th. Our reservation was for a king bed in the hotel (not condo). Guests can pick up their waterpark pass at 12:30 even though check-in isn’t until 4pm. We showed up at 3pm and got a text that our room was ready at 3:20pm. Our hotel room was right next to the elevator, ice machine and snack machine. Our balcony was partially blocked by the building next to us, making the room rather dark. The fridge and microwave were quite old but still working. I noticed the dresser that wouldn’t close and that all of the furniture was scratched and in need of replacing. Overall, the room itself was disappointing but fortunately we had plans to visit other attractions or the waterpark and spent very little time in the actual hotel room. The waterpark is significantly smaller than great wolf of kalahari but it was a great size for our 5 year old. He enjoyed the body slides and lazy river - which gets wavy every few minutes, making it a combo lazy river/wave pool. |I did notice a fair amount of dust around the hotel (like the model train hanging above the reservation area) but maybe it’s because we visited during the off season. |We attended the breakfast buffet on Saturday and it was good, plenty of options and a make your own waffle station. All in all, we had fun but the lackluster room will keep us from returning.

I took my girls to Chula Vista for a weekend road trip! We chose this place because, on the website, it looked like a nice place to stay and seemed fun. However, when we arrived, it was such a big disappointment—it was nothing like the pictures.||To start off, the suite had a nasty smell, like dirty, wet, old odor. The place really needs an update. The toilet was yellowish, and it wasn't securely fastened to the floor—it actually moved when you sat on it (a very strange feeling). Then, my girls wanted to go to the indoor park. When we got there, it had a gross vibe. The equipment was old and rusty, and the "plastic plants and decor" were dusty, dirty, and disgusting. There was food in the pool area by the entrance, and it just didn’t feel right. My girls didn’t want to stay, so after about 30 minutes, we decided to leave.||We also tried the jacuzzi, which was okay, despite the disrespectful kids eating pizza in it.||Thankfully, we found other activities in town, and that ended up being the highlight of our trip. We will definitely return to Wisconsin because it’s a beautiful state, but we will never go back to Chula Vista. I almost felt like I was being "catfished" because online, they sell you one thing, but in reality, it’s a nasty place. I advise you not to waste your hard-earned money here.

Very disappointing. Based on the photos, we were expecting a scaled down version of Kalahari that would still be nice. Boy were we wrong.

My wife and I plus our two young sons arrived around noon on Friday from a SW burb of Chicago.

First off the resort is at least 10 minutes outside the dells, not a huge deal but that was just the beginning. We pulled up to the first resort entrance we saw. No one there so we loaded back up and went down to the next. Our room wasn’t ready yet so we went to the indoor water park, another disappointment. One of the slides wasn’t even working, parts of the park looked ran down and in disrepair. We were unaware of the slides up the three flights of stairs until we were there a few hours. There were no signs telling us if our boys were big enough or not.
Lastly, our room was gross.
The whole building was run down. Our room smelled of cheap cologne also the bedsheets had stains, they were falling apart with strings everywhere and worn edges. The bathroom was dirty and still had long dark hairs in the shower and bathtub.
After all that we didn’t even stay the night. We drove another three and a half hours back home.
Won’t return. Do better Wyndham

It's a great place to stay at with family.
Obviously a couple things need upgrading. I wish the hotel rooms were cleaner, we had gum in our beds, on the couches, under the tables, and the lamps, they were very obvious too not sure how housekeeping missed it. The jacuzzi in our room was nice but was dirty, we had to clean in our ourselves.
The kitchen aids need updating badly!
Took a half hour to boil a pot of water. I would definitely stay again but lacks a couple things. The water park was very fun but it was a horrible hassle to carry up the tubes up 5 flight of stairs! But totally worth it!! I would definitely come back if the service and cleanliness was a bit more.
