I’ve been planning to visit this restaurant for a while and it did not disappoint! Our server was fabulous, although I don’t recall his name. We were told that today was their first day with their new menu & the options were great! We ordered a bottle of white haven, an appetizer of oysters, duck, scallops, and a complimentary chocolate torte dessert. We made reservations including that it was our anniversary & we were welcomed with a card. I will be coming back!

This place is FANTASTIC! My partner and I shared our 2-year anniversary here and were more than satisfied. The steak was tender and decadent while the pasta was was so savory. The mac and cheese was lacking flavor admittedly, but everything else was simply amazing. The creme brûlée was also the best I’ve ever had. Hayden was an amazing server and I can’t wait to be served by him again!

My wife and I visited for the first time for our wedding anniversary and we loved the atmosphere and the libations were tasty, however, we were disappointed with the food. We came here because we’ve heard this is the go to place for steaks in the Valley but unfortunately, we won’t be going back (for steaks at least). My steak was completely overcooked after I requested medium rare (it was medium well). I could tell before even cutting into my first bite by the char on top and toughness after pressing on it. The waitress was kind enough to offer a new steak be made. I asked how long did she think that would take since we had been waiting a while for our food (and I didn’t want to sit while my wife ate alone, and same for her once my steak came back). She went back, asked the chef and they said 8 minutes. Well, 25 minutes later I finally received my steak. Silver lining was that it was cooked properly this time around but it wasn’t a great anniversary dinner to say the least. I’m not a very picky person but I imagined paying nearly $40 just for the steak alone (no sides), it would have been cooked properly. We were not comped for the steak but they did bring a dessert for our anniversary (on the house). We may try it again but likely for something more straight forward like a burger or wings.

We saw the restaurant while out paddling on Lucille lake and wandered our way there right after. Initially we were going to stay for appetizers but then decided to stay for an early dinner as well. The location is wonderful, highly recommend sitting outside on the patio! We initially ordered two appetizers: blue cheese chips without bacon for me and candied bacon sliders for the hubby. It’s a hit and miss with blue cheese, but they got it down to perfection! That blue cheese sauce was to die for! The bacon on the sliders was thick and juicy, my husband loved every single bite of them! Whatever that sauce on both sides of the buns was, he said he would’ve wanted gallons of it! We also ordered drinks: a north 49 and an 1873 Sazerac. Both amazing! For dinner we both had sandwiches: Portabella burger for me and the Nashville hot chicken for him. Both came with fries (nicely fried and seasoned, they were crispy to perfection) and served on a brioche bun. They were both delicious! We have two servers who went through a shift change. The first server was extremely attentive, the second one not so much. We waited a very long time between finishing our food and paying for our meal. To the point that we had to get up and look for our server. The restaurant wasn’t too busy either. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be going back!

The view was beautiful even on a rainy day and the inside was cozy and sophisticated. The service was just right, we never had to want for anything but the server also gave us space. We had the salmon pot appetizer and it was delicious. For dinner, we had steak, chop salad, and the scallops. All of it was perfect. We really enjoyed ourselves and will most definitely be back often now that we know about this gem by the lake.

First off, the style of this restaurant is gorgeous. Perfect for a date night or just friends getting together for a delicious meal. I love how open and inviting it is when you walk in. The simple industrial style lighting and design is relaxing yet stunning at the same time. Once seated by the very attentive staff you’ll get the chance to leaf through the menu while enjoying some background music, which is low enough that you can also have an easy laid-back conversation with the rest of your party. I’ve been here when the restaurant has had live music as well and the acoustics really work with the layout. It allows for your party to enjoy the music but not be overwhelmed or distracted from the real reason why you should visit this establishment, I’m speaking of course about the food! Holy smokes! Every dish I’ve ordered I have enjoyed, from the appetizers to the absolutely scrumptious desserts. Especially their cheese cake, always leave some room for that. All the meals I have tried are full of flavor and very aesthetically pleasing. I would suggest any of the steak options or the shrimp and grits if you’re really hungry and have no other plans for the night aside from sitting down and digesting hah. Lastly, I’d be amiss if I didn’t mention the cocktails. They have a wide variety of options for any palate and they are all well-crafted and delicious. I would suggest the Chop House Old Fashioned 🙂 for the non-alcoholic options the restaurant has many virgin mixes and espresso drinks that will knock your socks off. I highly recommend ordering an espresso to pair with your dessert! Overall I cannot wait until our next visit. I would feel comfortable taking anyone to Chop House, from friends and family to work colleagues.

First time trying this place and my meal was fantastic. I had the 8 oz prime sirloin. The Mac and cheese was phenomenal, the creme Brulee and peanut butter pie were outstanding, the old fashioned was delicious and my son's burger was great. The only complaint we have was the chicken wad on the bland side. Aside from that, all around fantastic experience. Service was attentive and friendly and the view was great!

Wonderful experience for my birthday. The prices are a little higher, but the portions were generous and delicious. Karen was our server and she was excellent. I had the Scallop and Shrimp pasta (huge scallops) and my husband had the lamb shank which he raved about. Great atmosphere
