There is some serious remodeling issues as well as the filthy conditions. The bugs are horrible & there is black mold & mildew in many of the rooms due to bad installation of the AC units. Honestly can't believe its still running but I understand either the low rates it makes it easier on those down on their luck trying to work themselves back up.

The place has its flaws, like any other place, such as faulty air conditioning/heaters, leaky pipes, doors falling off its hinges, etc. The hot water is only hot certain times of the day because everyone uses it at one time. There are some bugs, but it's a place to stay. They do offer mini fridges, television, cheap long distance rates (if any), and there's a church right next door in case you're a regular churchgoer. Drawers and closets available. The rooms are clean when you get here but not impeccable. The owner is nice enough to help if you lose anything while there.
