We have lived here for over 10 years. The management has changed a couple of times. The maintenance guys are great people, the girls in the office are always kind and friendly and try to be as helpful as possible. The place is kept clean. Most of your fellow neighbors are cool. Everyone minds their own business. It's a small community. It's quiet, safe, and far enough back from 91N that you don't hear the traffic. Bring your motor home or your trailer, you will be comfortable here. Beware the only bungalow, we don't share. Q &K Wood

We lived in the park connected to CSE for 5 years. Great place to stay, but I no longer wish to live there. Management has changed and gone corporate. Not especially the great deal that it once was, but good for a place to rest. Quiet and clean. Internet was problematic, but they claim to be working on it. Two years now, they've been working on it.

8yrs here. No drug addicts. Reasonable Rent rates. Close community, everyone trys to help each other. Great management! Shelli & Steve help's us all, whether it be helping putting up a shed or driving after hrs. to help when your car breaks down. Very happy.

This is a misnomer!! There is a Chief Sleep EZ and also an Easy Living in Beaver Dam AZ... not the same place, at all!!!!
Both have RV Parking for rent, at least 6 month commitment!!
Two very different places!!!!!
