We were here for one week but paid for a month. We had nothing but issues with the power and since I work from home we had to find a better option. Facility is not well maintained, very run down. They did not have us sign a contract, in fact didn’t ever tell us there was one or any details but when we told them we had to move because of power issues they told us no refund and it was in the signed contract that they can’t provide since they didn’t give us one. They have since stopped replying to me. Do not recommend.

Kind of grim RV park in Beaver Dam East of Mesquite. Mostly long term renters. Cash only, advertises great WiFi but we couldn't get the password as we arrived after the office closed (7:30 pm). With full hookups (and we needed to dump the tanks), the price is right at $30. Was quite too. Nothing special but an ok place to spend the night.

Nice and clean RV Park, very quiet, very clean showers and restrooms. Stayed here twice, on the way to Las Vegas and on the way back to St. George, it's located near the highway but far enough away to not hear the noise of it. Would definitely come back!

DO NOT STAY HERE. I was honestly put off when my husband made the reservations and I saw that they were appropriating indigenous culture but I decided to give it a try. I would say that a huge portion of the residence are permanent residence or snowbirds which ordinarily isn’t a problem, but not when there’s any kind of standards to be upheld. It was dirty and honestly quite scary. I was approached by a man at the laundry room. He just mumbled and stared at me. I went right back to my campsite. We packed up and left. There are many other places not that far down the road in Mesquite stay there .

Well maintained RV park, very clean restrooms, quiet at night as it is a few minutes off the highway.
Great place to stay on the way to or back from Las Vegas.
Friendly staff and very affordable rates, we paid 30$ a night.

We stayed at this park for 10 days and enjoyed our time very much. We had site 43 which is surrounded by amazing roses. The sunrise and set over the mountains was beautiful daily. Bathrooms were always well cared for and clean. Park staff does a great job of keeping things picked up and nice. Barb, in the office, is super helpful and friendly. Lots of good food choices in Mesquite. Had our anniversary dinner at Katerina In Castaway casino. Amazing prime rib! Park is within a half hour drive of Saint George, little over an hour to Zion, two hours to Cedar Breaks national monument. Great stay. Highly recommend!

The office workers are friendly and informative however New management (Vantage Real-estate) has increased the rent for month-to-month tenancy. The Wi-Fi service is fine but there are times when it doesn’t even connect. Two RVs burn down possibly due to hoarding problems. The landscaping/maintenance worker who lives on the property barely attends to the overgrown weeds, bathroom fixtures are broken, and air vents in bathrooms have no switches so it's basically a sauna. Despite, the increase in rent improvements should be made to the amenities…

I stayed there two winters, 16 months total. It’s really a run down junkyard. I kept my area clean and used my own tools to blow and keep things trimmed up. You have to keep things locked up or they disappear. They have alot of eyeballs and love to pick on the tenants. Barb was the bright spot but don’t turn your back on anyone. We are so glad to be at a new park in Littlefield, needed more room.
Do yourself a favorite and stay a mile away from this junkyard.
