I had a great first experience at Chicken Express! From the moment I arrived, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Since it was my first time, they took the time to explain some of the menu items, which I really appreciated. At the window, the service was top-notch—greeted with a smile and positive energy. The food didn’t disappoint either! The chicken was tender and crispy, and the biscuits were warm and soft, just the way they should be. A special shoutout to Allison, she was incredibly helpful and made the experience even better. Overall, really solid visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Mariah waited on us, and she went out of her way to help us . We have been to this location a number of times, and a few years back, we had issues with the food and the price, and I gave a poor rating at the time. Tonight, I deleted it and gave 5 stars because it was first class service and the food was great! The staff and managers " like Mariah" make all the difference.

I have to first say this place serves the best sweet tea in town, literally love it.

This is possibly my most favorite restaurant to eat at in town, the chicken and fish is the best food I ever tasted. I love the fish fillet, biscuit and fries.

I don’t really have any complaints except maybe keep the place cleaner and speed up the service because I don’t like waiting sitting in line for a long time.

Plus the speaker on the board outside needs to be fixed, I can’t really hear the person on the speaker sometimes.

1st off it's a fast food joint so 4 stars is pretty darn good. The staff are friendly and food is always fresh when I go.
Fresh brewed tea is always a plus so 🙌 thanks. Both sweet and unsweetened is available so you can mix it if your like me.
Lately I have been going there especially for their fried catfish. They usually make it fresh every time it's ordered. May have to wait 10 minutes but hey, definitely worth the wait. Comes with biscuit, roll, or hush puppies.

Earlier tonight I went & ordered 6 livers that should have came with a roll or biscuit. I received what can count as 4 livers if you were being generous. No roll was in the box. The family size order of rolls mostly looked okay but one if them was nearly demolished across the whole top. I didn't have time to eat till after they were closed or I would have called & in & asked about the amount. Since u had spent 30 minutes prior to going to the restaurant trying to call the order in to a constant busy signal maybe after closing I could have gotten through.

I ordered the 2 piece catfish and fried Pickles as my side. Big pieces of fish. The ried pickles seemed different from previous visits but still tasty.

Fried okra was decent.
Fried Chicken was definitely better than KFC.
Gravy with kind of bland.
Hot sauce packets made everything better.
Food was ready very quickly.
The sweet tea taste like... Texas sweet tea.

Well, Staff working there were very Rude and lazy. Garbage cans were over flowing . Food was good tho. Young People need learn Hospitality and be Polite and friendly.
