Taking the back roads to move our Jeep Wrangler TN to FL and was looking for a spot to stop for dinner. Found Chef T’s on Google and it was right on our way on Hwy 431S near Anniston, AL

Greeted with a warm welcome and enjoyed a delicious cheeseburger and fries and a chopped pork BBQ plate with fried green tomatoes, baked beans and cornbread. Hearty helpings and friendly staff! Got a chocolate brownie and some brown sugar pound cake to go! And they fixed us up with iced teas to go as well! Definitely worth your while to stop in! A true Southern classic!

Chef T's is yet another BBQ diner off route 431. It isn't the worst BBQ I've had nor the best! It's good tho and I did enjoy it. The best part of this diner was the genuine southern hospitality the staff greeted me with throughout my experience. The chef even came out from the kitchen to make sure everything was okay. The menu is priced at a steal if you're looking for a quick cheap meal on the go.

Always great food and desserts. Service was very kind. My son loved the salmon patty. One of my group said the chicken tenders was great, and I was very pleased with the open faced hamburger steak with gravy, Swiss cheese, and mushrooms.

Wow! So glad we finally found our way into Chef T's! What a hidden gem! The service was outstanding and the food was even better! Had the beef liver and onions with mashed potatoes and Cole slaw! Liver was tender and gravy was hot and tasty! Mashed taters wer good and the slaw was outstanding! Easy to tell that Chef made his own slaw dressing. It was just sweet enough! Wife had chopped pork BBQ with fries and baked beans. Gotta say, she ate it all but some fries. And I tried the baked beans and man, they were perfect. A few onions and a spices sweet taste that I could not figure out. Really good! Got a piece of homemade Pecan pie to take with me for later. Looks amazing also! Y'all really need to try Chef T's in Alexandria Alabama! It is the best!

First chicken gizzards are hard to find but good gizzards are even harder to find. This place has some of the most tender gizzards I have ever had. Their fried green tomatoes were perfect Southern made. Can't beat the price to quantity food ratio. Great place to eat.
