Highly recommend Chef Justin and his team to anyone considering a private chef! They prepared a dinner for our corporate offsite in the Thousand Palms area, and the entire experience was outstanding.

Prior to the event, Chef Justin was incredibly flexible and accommodating with our group’s dietary restrictions and preferences, including helping us decide between a buffet or plated dinner. His communication was prompt and patient, which I truly appreciated.

As for the meal itself—it was absolutely delicious! The dishes were perfectly executed, and we even had leftovers that we enjoyed throughout the remainder of our event. Chef Justin's culinary expertise and professionalism made the evening unforgettable.

Literally cannot give Chef Justin enough stars. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I am a retreat coordinator for a women’s photography retreat that we host in different cities throughout the country and our most recent was in Palm
springs and we hired Chef Justin for our welcome dinner and OH MY GOSH if he didn’t exceed our expectations. Not only was his food beyond delicious and flavorful (I will never be able to eat regular bread and butter again because he has set the bar so high for something as simple as bread and butter) but he was SO easy and lovely to work with. He was professional and his communication was unlike any other I’ve ever encountered (and I coordinate A LOT of retreats and have worked with A LOT of chefs). Our group of women couldn’t stop gushing over our food and it was definitely the perfect way to kickstart our weekend with such incredible food and service with Chef Justin and his team. 100000% recommend hiring him!

Such a great experience! What an amazing night! My husband arranged a surprise for my birthday dinner with my girlfriends and everyone was blown away. Not only by the food, but the presentation, the service. It was a menu of 5 dishes and a dessert.
Him and his assistant brought all of their own equipment and serving dishes. He cooked, she served, and they cleaned all while entertaining our group. We loved every minute of it!
