I’ll give two stars because the kids liked their hamburgers ok. But if you want great burgers, then go to Incline Burgers, much better!

The veggie burgers were tasteless and cold, but the fish tacos were disgusting! The fish was overcooked to the point of being almost black, with a hard, dry tiny piece of fish in the middle…yuck!

If you are looking for a hole in the wall that serves a great burger in North Lake Tahoe, look no farther. The burgers were all great, and my wife was able to get a Portobello sandwich. The fries were also hot and crispy. Everything is cooked to order and they are small, so this leads to a little bit of a wait time. But it is well worth it.

Not family friendly. Waited over 5 minutes to talk to the staff to figure out where to seat my family, since the tables are pretty small. They were too busy to help me, so I decided to just scoot two tables together. Halfway through eating, a staff person came and yelled at us and said we were not allowed to move the tables, and told us to stop eating and move them back immediately. I have no idea why the staff was so rude, because the tables were in the corner and not in the way of anyone. We had just purchased a bunch of food.

Amazing hole in the wall place with BBQ ribs and burgers. Everything was very tasty, and portion sizes were large. There was a pretty long wait time, though. Overall a nice, hidden place for a good burger.

I rarely give such low reviews, and I want to be clear that everyone working there was VERY nice. However, it just took too long for mediocre food. It was just shy of 2 hours between the wait to order, the wait for food and then eating (there were 9 of us). I believe everyone there is doing the best they can, and if the food was better, I'd give another star. Could use more covered seating and shade for the waiting area.

Incredible burgers at a great price. After cross-country skiing all day, these burgers really hit the spot. We tried 5 burgers, and all of them were fantastic. You really can't go wrong ordering. With kind and patient service, this is a 5 star restaurant.

Been going here since 2010. Always loved it for a good burger for a good price. Prices are still good. Problem today I order a burger no onions, he repeats and receipt says same. Get food and go to park. Take 1 bite and it's got 1/2 a raw red onion on it. I tried taking the onion off but the flavor was all over. Ruined. My dog enjoyed it. Burger was salty but not bad. They burger was poorly constructed as well. Just not what they used to be. So I drove back there and went in to tell the guy, and he laughed at me and was EXTREMELY RUDE. Seriously rude, just laughing because I didn't want another burger he said " I guess you want your money back" laughing sardonically. He threw 10$ at me and my burger was 18$ with a 2.50 Tip. Wow. I will not be going there again. I was honestly just going into show him he needs to read orders better. He wasn't busy. 3 others ahead of me. Very poor customer service. Guy must not be able to own his mistakes. Just saying.
