The worst food experience I have ever received. I ordered and I asked to dine-in, so by the time the food is going to be prepped, we asked the person on cashier that we are going to browse the wallmart shop by the time. After returning around 10 minutes later, we went back to Charleys and asked for the food if that’s ready yet. The guy handed me to go bags and I asked it is for dine in, he responded “I know, but i will be cold so “. I mean If I say it’s dine in, should be a dine in right? That’s what a customer service means aint? Yet all good, I accepted everything. The food quality was 0.01/10, sorry to say but the worst restaurant experience I ever came across so far now. The boneless chickens were rotten, tastes so ugly and bad, it seemed it was almost week two or three old. It was smelling. It was unworth of having. I had to throw them eventuality and loss of 46$ including other orders. Change your food quality, you’re here to serve instead of money. That is what call business. Not giving the customers unhygienic food quality to absorb and unprofessional behaviour skills would defame more and more.
Check the chicken colours and condition of it.
The darker ones “OH MY GOD” so so so bad to eat. Full of salty.
Serving like this wont bring returning customers back to the shop. It would be an once and for all regrettable visit. I wish could rate the “0” “zero” start rating.

I love Charley’s, but this location has one of the worst customer services. The cashiers are not friendly at all and have no manners. I said, thank you to one of them and she didn’t acknowledge me. Seems more bothered than anything. Oh and theirs wings were cold.

I can't eat a huge sandwich so I ordered the kids and a side of mozzarella sticks and a shake to share with my kid. The mozzarella sticks were way over cooked where they were tough. The sandwich was dry and meat overcooked with melted cheese and NO flavor. The shake was ok but not mixed well. Ordering several things (including an extra drink) I expected to be able to borrow a try but they had none. Couldn't finish any of the food and tossed it.

My daughter ordered cheese fries on 12/19 at 7pm the first time her fries were not fully cooked we took them over and agreed on having them make a new order. She received the second set less than 3 mins later and the same thing the fries were still not cooked very cold and hard. So she was embarrassed I took them over there trying to explain to them that they should be able to tell when fries are cooked, the fries looked and felt raw and as a cook you should be able to tell she tried to say they could remake them and I said no thank you we would rather have our money back and go else where. She rolled her eyes and started talking crap about us in Spanish to the male worker who came over and refunded the money from the register. I speak and understand Spanish my husband and children are Mexican. Please train your employees to cook before they get someone sick and secondly respect, they shouldn’t be talking bad about customers in Spanish not knowing wether the customer knows Spanish or not.

Food is great. But they really need to upgrade the meany. IT SAYS CHICKEN CALIFORNIA- Chicken, provolone, Ranch. I order it no ranch sauce only meat and chesse and bread the cook was nice but it made alot of confusion both ways . If it said mayo,tomatoes and mushrooms plus ranch and chesse and lettuce ect . IT DOES NOT. WE WOULD know what to take off. Cook made it right how we wanted but meany throws people off I had other people's checking recipe after they seen how hard jt was to order my food 🤣🤣

The food here are much better than previous McDonald's, you can get customized sandwich as per your request, I added everything extra without additional cost. The fries are freshly made, and has several types to choose, ultimate fry is my favorite!

My son enjoyed playing at kid's table when we are waiting for the food, we tried the claw machine and got one cute plushies!
