One of our favorite places to eat. I have been ordering the take 2 for 10.95. I get a half turkey sandwich and the side salad. My wife ordered same thing tonight, and everything was going great till they brought out a whole sandwich. Said we ordered off the deli sandwich not the take 2. Said we had to order off the menu on a sandwich like chicken salad, grilled cheese, or one of the listed sandwiches to get that special. It says on that take2, deli sandwiches, grilled cheese and chicken salad.
I realize waitress was new and so was manger. Just a little confused and they got menu and we showed them what we ordered and they still said we had to order a different sandwich than the turkey?
They said we could have the extra half since they would just throw it away, and they they would not charge us for our tea to make price right. Ticket had 2 10.95 take 2, plus 2 salads for 2.50 each. Salad should have been included. Worked out about the same price.

I went in a group of 20. Our wait time was minimal. We were seated in a section where we could converse together and not impede other diners. The wait staff was prompt and cheerful. Our waitress was very organized. Our meals were brought out promptly and without error. The food was well prepared, served at the right temperature, and was delicious. The deli was open, well lit, and clean. The wood glows. I will definitely be eating here again.

Crazy busy time at the restaurant, and our server Bella was gracious, anticipated our needs, and cool under pressure. We were there with two young grandsons, and very pleasantly surprised with both the food and the free kids meals and ice cream cups. Too bad I only have two hands and two thumbs up. Truly a great value and experience for two Maryland grandparents!!

Chappy's is awesome. We stop every time we pass through Prattville. Everything on the menu is awesome and you get free soft serve ice cream for desert. Definitely worth a try. The club sandwich, salads and soups are my go to picks but you really can't go wrong with anything or their menu.

I ordered the ranch turkey wrap, and it was prepared without any type of condiments on it at all. It is described on the menu as having ranch on it, and I couldn't find any, so I had to request some ranch dressing on the side. Once, I finally managed to get my wrap ready to eat. It was quite good.
The atmosphere wasn't great because it was overcrowded, too loud, and too warm. The A/C may have very well been running at its capacity and still been unable to get it any cooler due to the sheer number of people in the room. I realize that as a business, you want volume, but those tables are just too close together. Putting that many people in there only ensures that everyone is less comfortable and unable to hear the other person at your own table.
The service was very attentive. Our waitress was very likable, friendly, and pleasant. She did a good job!!

I went here in a whim for lunch because I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. The place was pretty busy but the staff were awesome. I ordered a burger and it was awesome. I didn't expect this to be the best burger in Montgomery but so far it is. There was a ton of items on the menu so lots of reasons for me to go back. I might even try a salad next time.

We found his deli by accident and we are glad we did! Great deli food, awesome service, and they even give you some soft serve frozen custard for dessert! Oh yes, they'll also teach you how to pronounce "conecuh" which is the name of a local sausage favorite!

The apple chicken salad wrap I got was actually pretty tasty. However, I made the mistake of swapping the chips for a fruit cup for $1.50 extra. It was the tiniest little fruit cup I've ever seen. I wouldn't have been quite as upset if I hadn't paid extra on two different meals for the miniscule fruit cups, but it was certainly not worth it for 5 grapes, one strawberry sliver, 2 little cantaloupe pieces, 2 pineapple chunks, and 2 melon slivers. So if you go, get the chips, enjoy your sandwich, and don't waste your time with the fruit.
