Very nice, quiet hotel in the middle of the city madness! Clean, convenient location with very helpful friendly staff. Safe place to stay too! Valet parking is a nice perk, but a bit expensive. The food in the restaurant is exceptional in its quality and taste. Room service is fast as an added bonus!!

The chamberlain hotel in West Hollywood was perfect. Very friendly staff from the front desk clerk to the valet they make you a priority. Every single employee had a smile on his face at all times we stayed in an executive suite with a balcony very comfortably outfit is with luxury bedding. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We ordered room service a couple of times the food was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel easy parking as well.

What a lovely hotel! Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Large rooms with all the amenities. Friendly and helpful staff! Love the rooftop pool! Great view of the area! Short walk to Sunset Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Great breakfast, the staff was lovely, the room was very spacious and clean. The equipement in the room is not exactly new, but we still thought it looked stylish. The hotel is conviently located between Hollywood and Beverly Hills/Santa Monica, so you can easily discover LA as a turist.

A wonderful hotel and a fabulous experience - especially due to Bryan. Bryan was so attentive to our group, who was there for a Directors' retreat. Heade sure we felt well supported and cared for during our meeting in the Boardroom and throughout the time of our stay. Bryan proactively went the extra mile to make sure our stay was excellent, and he delivered! We thanked him then, but I want to thank him publicly. Thanks, Bryan!

Our company chose to stay the Chamberlain West Hollywood for our LA work retreat, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! The check in process was smooth; the rooms were spacious and very comfortable; and the restaurant was the best. We especially enjoyed Bryan, who assisted us with food and drinks during our daily meetings in the board room as well as afternoons at the rooftop and patio. He provided exceptional service and a delightful aura, which really created for a top tier experience for our team. Moving forward, we plan to continue to utilize the Chamberlain for LA work meetings and highly recommend it to others.

Love this place. I stay here every few months.
The rooms are great, very clean , huge and quiet. the pillows could be a little flatter.
More vegan options please!!! Excellent veggie burger and drinks.
I wish there was a place to refill water on each floor.
Pool is amazing
Location couldn’t be better, safe quiet and great to walk all over.
MOST of the staff are amazing,. They keep me coming back.
Other staff are pretty rude and they are annoying to deal with.

I HATE al the taxes !! The taxes and fees cost as much as the room. . The amenities tax is dumb - fix the WiFi, it was fine a year ago and now it newer works.

Loved my experience here! The hotel has a nice boutique feel. I didn’t explore the area to see what restaurants and bars are close but I did enjoy the hotel restaurant. Staff is all great and helpful. Upon check-in, my room had a funky smell so they immediately put me in a different room that was perfect! Parking is pricey ($65/night) but to be expected. Would love to stay there again!
