Wife got tickets and visa next day for viet nam family’s emergency trip. Everything went well. Parking is good. I do recommend this place.

The service is horrible! The employees had such an attitude while talking to us so rudely, despite also being Vietnamese. I was recommended by a friend who got her tickets cheap here to go to Vietnam, but the employees were so rude, and when we called for help, they refused to help us until we came to see them in person. Even when we got there, they argued with us when we asked for an explanation to explain our ticket details since it was a different route that we had to take that we did not feel comfortable, but they insisted on it. I felt absolutely disrespected, and will NEVER be returning here again. I do not recommend this place at all.

Honestly this lady has given us problems the moment we booked our trip. Our flight got canceled or changed at least 5 times until a month before we had to leave. The night that we were checking in for our flight she switched our flights last minute at 1am in the morning when our flight was supposed to be the next day at 10pm only for us to go to the airport the next day and have our entire flight canceled, delaying us one full day. So we basically lost one full day worth our money and there was nothing she could do because there were no more flights. We figured there was nothing else that we could do so we drove back home and came back the next day for our flight. She tried to help us and cancel our hotel reservation for one night since we would not get there until the next day but we were only able to get a portion of our money back. Once we got to the hotel we were told that we had to pay for the nights that we were staying even though we paid her to book the flights and hotel together. She even texted us that we had to pay more and there would be money refunded but the hotel front desk seemed very unaware of refunding us any money. So it made no sense for us to LOSE MONEY AND HAD TO PAY MORE. Apparently she was also vacationing in vietnam so there might have been complications booking our trip but she wasn’t communicative with us whatsoever and maybe if she did it correct the first time we wouldn’t have to bother her about our concerns and problems. We consistently had to go through trouble after trouble and even when we tried contacting her, she would be unresponsive or rude to our response. This place deserves a -0 stars if possible for causing us so many problems from the moment we booked it with her till the day we left to go home. Just don’t even bother unless you want to wait weeks to see if you’ll get your $15k back.
