SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE, I MEAN BUY DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE!!!!!!!! These people are scammers! They ask you for a letter of payment authorization and when you decline to give it to them THEY GET MAD AS HELL AND STILL go through with the transaction. Unethical, not professional and SCAMMERS!!!!! DON'T BUY YOUR TICKETS HERE!!! Buy directly with the airline, it's so much more trustworthy to buy directly with the airline. Please trust this review and DO NOT give them your credit card information AT ALL!!!! Fernando is a JERK! And the supervisor is a bigger JERK! If I could give them NEGATIVE stars, believe me I WOULD! I'm completely appalled and taken back by the treatment, lack of service and lies. And if this place of business has the bravery to contact me and further discuss this, go right ahead. I bet you won't because both of you ran when you knew you messed up.
