I would not recommend traveling through this company to anyone. I was told by a lady that she could plan my Disney World trip. After a few phone calls and email exchanges I was ghosted. So am now planning the trip myself.

We booked our honeymoon through Central Travel 2 years ago and the process was fantastic! It was our first time traveling outside the county and it was nice to have someone to call if something went wrong. They made it very easy to package travel plans together and made it all easy to understand. Great customer service and affordable prices.

Very disappointing service. Called and spoke to a woman in regards to a Hawaiian vacation. Phone call seemed to go well however 4 days later I had heard nothing. I called and spoke to the woman explaining I wanted to make sure she had my information correctly since I had not heard anything. She said she would have it to me the next day. It has been 3 more days and still nothing.

No phone call, no email. Would not recommend them to anyone!

Do not use this place the agent I used voiced her opinion on where I should stay and questioned me about the person I was going to see it's none her darn business how long we have been chatting or anything else. I had to find a Hotel on my own.

Was supposed to use rewards points and get credit on 2 nights in Hotel.
CT there keeps giving us the run around. Not getting done. So now I have to pay for them.
