This place is like home away from home. We go every year. Rooms would be 5 stars, but several of the units are a bit dated. Aside from that, they are ALWAYS clean and inviting, with incredible views. Staff is always amazing and they all go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Amazing restaurants are within minutes, as well as great shopping. There is no reason to stay any where else.

Great place and a very nice room. Room 28 was very beautiful and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and the furniture was nice. Property itself was very clean and well maintained. The view was gorgeous and the beach access was easy to access. The reception workers were nice and cooper was the best. 10/10 would definitely recommend

Wonderful place to stay with excellent views. All condos have ocean views, fireplaces, 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen. Close to Fogerty Creek State Park, Lincoln City, Depoe Bay, Newport and more. Our favorite restaurant, Side Door Cafe, is only 5 minutes away. Can't wait to go back!

This location was perfect -- rooms above the surf with an outstanding view. Very helpful staff, comfortable room with a working fireplace, easy beach access. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds, An easy drive to Newport for the Oregon Coast Aquarium, which we'd recommend. Hard to beat.

this wa our second stay here. It was perfect. Close to things to do. Absolute beautiful view of the waves splashing on the shore. Everything is clean and neat and well supplied with anything you might need. They office people are very friendly and informative we will be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Our stay in #41 was the quiet beach weekend we wanted. Comfy furniture and beds. Third floor unobstructed views of the beach and ocean to the north and south. Our own parking spot. And one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. Simon and his crew do it proud.

Beautiful ocean front condos! Stayed with my friends and had a wonderful time! Unit 21 had two bedrooms; three beds plus a pullout sofa. Fully equipped modern kitchen and two full baths. Beach access right down the steps outside condos. Everything you could need to cook in, get a fire going and enjoy the ocean. The ocean is even lit up at night so you can watch the rolling waves. Thanks Simon and team! ❤️

We stayed at #27 which was beautiful and spacious. The first night we enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the ocean with a fantastic view. On the next day a new group of people and kids showed up to stay above us. The night before there were people above us, and it was a peaceful night. After an hour of the adults allowing the kids to run up and down the stairs and the floor above us, I went outside to see what the commotion was about. I noticed a guy standing on the stairs drinking his wine with the front door being left open for us all to hear what's going on inside. Having felt I gave them enough time to settle in, I very calmly said we are below you and can hear you. This clown then proceeded to very aggressively state that he was "King Dan" and he was the king of everyone there! I said your not the King of me or mine, and we have a 86 year old person with us. He then went on to say how they have been coming for 10 years, acting like they were entitled and not just renters like everybody else. I indicated as long as we respect each others privacy, there should be no problem. I decided to leave it at that and not get the office involved. However the King.. lol decided to whine to them about our interaction. When the office called I assured them there hopefully would not be any more issue's. That night however we listened to kids running and jumping on the floor, and the last straw was when this clown allowed the kids to ride scooters back and forth on hardwood floors until approximately 11:30, would not be happy as the condo owner. I called the office and explained I didn't spend this kind of money to put up with rude and clueless people. I indicated that I would not say anything that night until 10:pm, but it would be a problem if it continued. That night thanks to the diffusing abilities of the office rock star Krystal, there were no problems. She is definitely very good at her position ,give her a raise! You really can't ask for a better location and overall experience, we had two out of three great nights. The only thing I will say is I am not too sure if with such quiet surroundings and mostly older customers I believe, the fact that kids are allowed is beneficial for the people that do expect a quiet setting based on advertising, and the website. Part of the problem is the age of the building with noise really penetrating the floors especially with hard surfaces. Again no reflection on the outstanding management, just will only consider a top floor as we do intend on coming back again.
