We have stay here, in years past. We know that we are not at a high end place. However, it was always clean, safe and close to the family that we visit. This time, was a different story. We tried 3 different rooms. All had significant safety and cleanliness issues. Photos attached. After 3 different attempts, we chose to leave. Even with proof of the unsafe and unclean conditions, they refuse to refund the reservation. Disappointed that a hospitality company would allow this and behave like this.

Upon checking into the hotel, I was met with unprofessional and appalling behavior from the front desk lady. From the start, she was dismissive and curt, making the process unnecessarily difficult. As if her attitude wasn’t bad enough, she proceeded to make crude and inappropriate comments throughout our interaction, which made me feel both uncomfortable and disrespected. Instead of providing a welcoming and helpful experience, she acted as though I was inconveniencing her by simply checking in. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a hospitality setting, and it left a lasting negative impression on what should have been a pleasant stay.

The hotel is in decline. Pictures missing on walls, some days no breakfast. Other days muffins and bagels. Paint is coming off the walls.|The good news is that there is a good sized room, refrigerator and microwave. An inexpensive stay if that’s what you’re looking for.

TRAVELERS BEWARE:
If you arrive after their late-night check-in time, they will deny you entry to the room you paid for, even if you're traveling with small children.
You're better off staying at one of the big chains a little down the highway.

UPDATE: If you book with an agency like Expedia, they will refuse to call the agency back and use any dishonest means at their disposal to deny you a refund for the room that they refuse to let you into.

Old and dirty. Our first room was on the first floor. Gross! It was filthy, had bugs, the bath and bed linens were old and frayed, with stains. Rotted areas around tub. They moved us to the 2nd floor. The room was better, but a difficult climb for us. Still had tattered and stained linens. There are no laundry facilities on premise. Overall I would not recommend it.

Thank you for a good nights stay. Room was comfortable. Not the best design because it felt like the hallways were like a dorm room or something creepier. All the more the front desk staff made the stay a lot better. Thank you for the great attitude even if it was late and just about quitting time.

Do not stay here. No ATM, no ice, the pool was very dirty, not fit to swim in. Vending machines were out of order. We were going to be placed in a room a lady had just complained her door was broken and did not lock. The front desk rep suddenly changed our room.The downstairs computer wasn't working so we couldn't print out our following days return trip docs, the library is nearby but closed on weekends. Bare necessities of the room were cleaned. The bedside table contained open condom packages and trash in the chair. The pool has been unclean no one has brushed it out in months. A few things were missing. People playing very loud music and drinking by the pool, no respect to people trying to sleep.We were waken by the room next to us by a wake up alarm that could be heard down the hotel corridor the management had to get in the room twice to shut it off. No clock in our room or sign for privacy. Breakfast wad provided and was good. The nearby places were great. This hotel is in a prodominate retirement area, most older people. It once was a quiet, respectful area.Major adjustments need to be made. I lived in the area for years, never did they have anyone there.

Stayed here for four nights, so I could visit family. Staff and management were attentive to any small issues I have. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast is basic but filling and delicious. Whole inn is nonsmoking but there are nice areas to sit and smoke
