If you like home cooked meals, this is the place for you. I have yet to pick a favorite menu item as I have not ate everything yet. Nevertheless, every thing I have order has been excellent. The staff is friendly, and for an older building it is surprisingly clean.

Castle Rock Restaurant is an amazing place with great food and an awesome staff. The restaurant is very clean and offers plenty of space for dining. All the food was great, especially their awesome pizza. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that is definitely worth a visit.

I am new to the state and we came across this place while we were looking for some property for rent. I am so glad we stopped! The food was very good...prices reasonable...everyone was super friendly...made you feel like family! We ordered the fried chicken livers...with our meal. I can't begin to tell you how delicious they were! Fresh, hot and made while we were there! (We ended up ordering some more to take home for son in law!) I will definitely be going back! Such a nice friendly atmosphere! Thank you!

Castle Rock Restaurant is one of my favorites. The food is always good although it does take a little longer to get your food than the fast food restaurants. Just keep in mind that good things come to those who wait. They have all kinds of home cooked food including burgers, hot dogs, various types of sandwiches, pizza, etc. They also have options for beans and cornbread and chicken livers. If you like home cooked food, give them a try for a leisurely meal. Don't forget to leave room for dessert. They have lots of choices of cake.

My family and I have ate here for the past 3 nights due to a death in the family and coming in from out of town. The place is less than 3 miles from where we’re staying so it’s convenient. However, the third time we ordered food over the phone and picked it up, the woman giving us our food said “Sorry that took so long you guys ordered everything under the sun”. We brushed it off and ordered only 4 pizzas the next day and the woman on the phone says “I’m the one who makes the pizzas and you sure are giving me a lot of work.” We will never eat here again after those remarks were made by paying customers.

Classic American Gem with deep fried subs and comfort food. Fried catfish, dessert, homemade marinara sauce with cheese sticks, and steak sub were all delicious and cheap. Pizza is also good!

My kids enjoy the pizza when we come in from Ohio. I like the chicken sub with fries.
Since my parents pasted it has become a tradition to get pizza here when we visit.
