Incredibly clean, very friendly staff and great portions for the price!

We got a sandwich, salad, coffee and a little dessert and walked to the beach (just a few minute walk) and there was a ton of benches and if you take the stairs down a bunch of picnic tables.

We had the spicy Italian sandwich, spinach salad with cranberries & chicken, a vanilla latte, a chai tea latte and the cannoli trio. It was a perfect lunch and we had about half the salad and half a sandwich left for later in the day.

The gal working the cash register was incredibly friendly and even brought our coffees right to us (sitting on a bench inside) instead of calling our name.

They have a wide selection of drink options (pre canned) too and outdoor seating.

Locally owned breakfast, lunch, and snack spot. Just opened on 6/18/23, so the team is still learning. Many of them go above and beyond while training the others. Food was delicious! My mother did not want to share the pastrami on rye that we ordered together… she wanted it all. We loved the beignets with chocolate, more like chocolate stuffed donut holes that you just want to keep eating. Lots of options on the menu and on the baking shelves. Several outside tables and a little counter for sitting inside are available.

Great job on the remodel, the customer service amazing, but clearly overstaffed. They don't have coffee. Only Americanos and you need a triple shot for the same strength and it's basically 6 bucks for a coffee. It came out so hot it softened the cap and driving over the overpass it dumped easily.

The breakfast burrito was tiny, had no cheese, and the eggs turned color they were so hot. However both the Americano and the Burrito were overheated and overcooked. Eggs hard like Safeway and too hot to enjoy. The parking sign was rude and out of place too.

$16 for a breakfast burrito and coffee is a bit steep, but much higher quality than Safeway. I will come back and try the sandwiches, and perhaps this will help them tune in. Keep up the good effort, take care of your people, and listen to the community and you'll do fine.

My sister recommended I stop at this deli before I headed to the beach. The whole menu sounded good, but I ended up getting the meatball sandwich. I was not disappointed. One gigantic saucy meat ball was placed between some super good roll. I highly recommend this place. It’s a small family owned deli that has plenty of tables out front. I can’t wait for another beach day with a Castelli’s sandwich .

My husband loves the sandwiches and café drinks. I love the desserts.

I’ve gotten a few matches here. The matcha isn’t of the best quality. The taste is of a more muddy dark green matcha, not a vibrant, bright green. Hoping they step up their matcha game 😊

What a delightful addition to our neighborhood! The sandwiches are terrific, fresh, imaginative and great breads. I’ve just begun to explore the pastries and accept the challenge to sample them all. A few tables in front or you can easily walk to the benches at Seacliff beach. Lots of parking at Seacliff beach, along Seacliff Dr and on Center Ave. Don’t miss it. The best sandwiches in town.

Seriously great food came for breakfast got sandwichs ( Cali and Nonna's Caprese). So good came back for more sandwichs to go for our kids. Desserts were also fantastic. Coffee top notch. Portion size of food was great. Best sandwichs I've ever had. If we go back to Seacliff beach we are definitely coming back to Castelli's Caffe & Deli.

Ordered cream puffs, double espresso and avocado toast. The food was well prepared and fresh however the best part is the service here. Staff is super nice. Total 5 star place.
