This is a great bagel and coffee shop. I work in the complex and we all pick up food here often. The bagels and big, soft and fresh and they are almost always very generous with the cream cheese (which I really love).

I also like their bagel sandwiches, the lattes - blended or hot - and the bagel bombs too. In all honesty, I haven’t had anything there I don’t like.

Other bonus perks: a rewards program that lets you earn free items and a kid’s corner to keep the little ones entertained!

i’m not sure what it is, but the chocolate chip bagels are weirdly dense. the bagel didn’t taste bad at all but it wasn’t really what i expected. i’m no bagel expert, it just didn’t feel right. i’d go again because it’s convenient for me, but i wouldn’t go out of my way. the sandwiches were pretty tasty and the service was good. bonus: it has a good vibe and it’s relaxing.

The bagels are wonderful, the sandwiches are well prepared with quality ingredients and they are delicious. This was our first visit after driving by, I don't know how many times. The staff were fun and very helpful guiding us to our perfect breakfast or lunch bagel sandwich (I'm not sure if sandwich is the proper term for something prepared at a bagel cafe). Whatever it is called it was outstanding. We cannot wait to head back and try out the rest of the menu. I had the "Maddy" but unfortunately, I ate most of it before I remembered to take a picture. Sorry. It really was wonderful.

They used to be great bagels but cutting corners has left these bagels undesirable. Cassidy’s corner gets there bagels frozen & slightly cooked. Then they put them in some kind of convection oven and heat them up. Wa La, instant bagels. Just came back from Cassidy’s & thought I would give them one more chance. What a big mistake. The bagels were so under cooked that you couldn’t even slice them because they just fold in on themselves. Raw mushy dough. Plus they shorted me one bagel. Not even worth going back to complain. There was a time when they came pretty close to tasting like a N Y bagel but since they decided to save money & cut corners, there bagels are terrible. At least cook the damn things enough to make them edible. Time to go on the hunt again and find some place that makes a bagel the way they are supposed to be made. Boil, bake & eat. Goodbye Cassidy !

My first time here. The bagels are delicious...I learned the magic is in the process - boiling the bagels is the secret. Authentic and worth it. Nice selection of flavors too.

Not bad for fresh made bagels!! Although they got my order wrong... it was still very delicious... Definitely going back for them flavored fresh made bagels!!! Oh not to forget the coffee selection was perfecto ☕

I got a ham egg and cheese bagel. Their bagels are very large and it just wasn't doing it for me. I don't know if they need more salt or they weren't chewy enough. These are okay bagels. The service was nice but slow.

I went back to give him another try. I got the egg bacon and cheese bagel. The egg and the bacon and the cheese have like zero flavor as well as the bagel I know it's a lot of dough and no taste. I had a better service experience this time. The ladies there are very nice but I'm having enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches yet.. perhaps the bagel will smear would be better
