We have been a member of Cascade Adventures for two years. We have used their services for a cruise and two bus tours. We had many questions and phone calls and Julie was always very helpful and accommodating.
We recently had to cancel our planned trip eight days before departure due to a death in the family. Because of the way we purchased our travel insurance, our mistake, there was difficulty filing our claim. Julie helped us step by step during the long ordeal. I am happy to report we just received a check from the insurance company. I don't know if this would have happened without Cascade Adventures help. To say their customer service is outstanding, is an understatement.

My son and I were looking for a kayak experience near Eugene. Cascade Adventures was recommended to us at the Hotel front desk. So glad we called. The owner responded immediately and was very knowledgeable. He suggested a spot to kayak that was so beautiful and perfect for our lack of experience. We “won” travel dollars at a street fair and we had to drive over an hour to their main office. They tried to get us into their membership once we decided it wasn’t something that worked for us the guy just gave us a flayer said here you guys are good to go and walked out of the office without explaining what we had “won”. We were so confused. I would not recommend them at all ! That was just very disrespectful. Here’s a code if someone knows how to use it.
