Casanova Fish Tacos was the perfect catering partner for our corporate event. Hector was so communicative and was able to adjust the menu to fit a variety of dietary needs. He checked the venue beforehand to ensure he had ample space for set up and was so flexible with our timeline. On top of all this the food was AMAZING. Hands down some of the best fish, beef, and vegan tacos the team has ever had. Most folks said they were the BEST tacos the ever had. It was the perfect fit for our event and we are so grateful for all of the Casanova team’s work.

Besides being our favorite "pop up" restaurant, Casanova Fish Tacos also catered our wedding dinner. Our guests flew in from England, Ireland and various US states to converge in San Diego for the ultimate fish tacos...and to watch us say "I do!" We cannot say enough great things about Hector, his team and most importantly his food. Everyone loved the variety of fish (and shrimp!) tacos available, the shrimp ceviche was to die for and the quality of everything was top notch. My mouth is watering and I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! 🙂

Hector had great communication with us through the entire time leading up to our wedding day. We told some of our guests prior to the wedding we were having gourmet tacos and Hector and the team did not disappoint.

For my fiancé’s 50th birthday, which fell during the COVID pandemic, i wanted to plan a special family dinner and take the stress of cooking off my shoulders. So, I reached out to Casanova Fish Tacos to cater the small family affair.
The tacos, pickled jicama and homemade salsas are hands down THE best, but it is Hector’s attention to his clients, the quality of his food, and the safety precaution he took due to the pandemic to keep everyone safe while catering our event was so appreciated. We highly recommend Casanova Fish Tacos for your pop-up event at your home in your driveway, your block party or back to work business event. Support small local businesses!

Wonderful from start to finish. My wife and I hired Casanova Fish Tacos for our rehearsal dinner and they knocked it out! Hector is a true professional. From the tasting, to his quick responsiveness in emails leading up to the event and especially the day of everything was terrific. And of course the tacos are out of this world (don't sleep on the ginger taco!) If you have an event and you want to blow your guests minds with the food, go with Casanova. They won't disappoint

I can personally vouch for the pure deliciousness and joy of eating Hector's (Casanova) tacos. Some of the best fish taco to ever touch my lips. The Sweet Ginger Tacos are definitely in a class all their own. I first had Casanova Tacos at a corporate event down in San Diego and there were three other food trucks there and then there was Hectors set up. He was by far the busiest of them all with his two vans and under his tent serving up pure fish taco perfection! It's been a while but, I still remember them being so good they hold a solid spot in my top 3 of all time tastiest fish tacos. I can't wait to taste them again! Hope to see you soon Hector!

I had Casanova Tacos cater my retirement party recently. I have used taco caterers before but he is the only one that serves fish. But, that is not what sets him apart! His fish tacos are the best fish tacos I have ever had. Seriously! He served both grilled and traditionally fried with his special sauce he created, which was very yummy. The tacos were huge and filling. He also served chicken and veggie tacos which were also amazing. He also had ceviche as an appetizer and churros for dessert. I wish I had eaten more of the churros they were so good.
Hector was very professional and a great communicator before and during the event. I am using Hector for all of my events from now on. Highly recommend Casanova Tacos.
