My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at Casa Loma in Laguna Beach this past weekend. From start to finish, it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The in-room amenities were top-notch, and we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed was—such a restful sleep! We were also impressed by how quiet the room was; despite being on the street side of the hotel, we couldn't hear any street noise or neighbors, which made for a peaceful stay. The pool and hot tub area were fantastic, with a great vibe and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the charming village area. We highly recommend Casa Loma, and we will definitely be back!

Beautifully remodeled and refreshed beach hotel. We have been staying here for years whenever we pass through Laguna beach, and this upgrade did not disappoint. We really enjoyed the nightly cookies fresh from a local bakery, and the friendly service oriented attitudes of the hotel staff.|Unfortunately our room was situated near the jacuzzi and we could not get away from the screaming kids through much of the day and into the evening hours. Staff did intervene for us but it was not the upscale vibe we had hoped to experience during our stay. Two suggestions: please consider putting fluffier terry cloth robes in the rooms and adding a soft throw blanket too. Thank you! We are already planning our next stay!

I never write reviews! I really don’t! I was blown away with our experience at Casa Loma. The hotel is perfectly situated right where you want to be directly on Laguna Beach. The renovation is gorgeous: earthy clean and warm. Each room is well appointed, splurge on the balcony you won’t regret it. Abby made the experience the best for us!!! She is so impressive - Casa Loma this girl needs to be running the front of house for you! She took care of us everyday from coffee while I worked to making sure we figured out our room situation and luggage. Always smiling, happy and ready to make life easier - not just for me but for everyone I saw that she helped! What a gem. The whole experience was amazing and we can’t wait to come back.

shocked by the negative reviews, because I had an impeccable experience. But maybe the hotel had some growing pains when it was under construction. For my visit this week, it was amazing. Just so utterly relaxing and lovely. My room faced the ocean, so I could hear the waves at night. I love the open bathroom set up. It makes the room feel both airy and cozy. I slept like a baby in the bed. The staff were so nice. The location was amazing. The weather when I was there was really chilly so it was super nice to have a hot tub to unwind in. Definitely hit up Jedidiah coffee down the street in the morning! can’t wait to come back when the weather is warmer. I think my only complaint was that it’s a shame that the air conditioner faces the beds, so it does kind of feel like it’s blowing at your face. But I guess there’s not much they can do about that. I slept with my balcony door open, which was way better!

Bedding was great quality and comfortable. The facility was extremely clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and professional. I appreciated the turn-down service and welcoming cocktail and evening cookies. The multiple places to sit and take-in the views was an added bonus.

I dedicated an afternoon to exploring the lobby and its adjacent areas. A more comprehensive exploration awaits, especially since friends frequently ask me about boutique hotels. My visit on a Monday afternoon was notably serene. The location is superb, nestled amidst the vibrant hustle and bustle.

Really nice rooms, perfect location. Linens and bedding were great! Casa Loma was walkable to most restaurants and retail. Great views from our room. Terrace was amazing. Staff was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend.

Charming Hotel right on the Beach! Friendly and attentive staff. Clean and charming rooms with a shower that had great water pressure. Has excellent views. There is a nice work space above the lobby to have a meeting or do work. Great location! They have delicious cookies in the lobby at night!
