It had been A WHILE (think: probably a decade or more) since I've had paella. Authentic, good Spanish food is incredibly hard to come by in Los Angeles but this place did not disappoint. Mitch went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent time. He provided us with top-tier service and was at all times courteous, friendly and helpful. Props to Mitch! Also the gambas al ajillo (garlic prawns) are probably my most recommended out of the tapas. We also had a 2 person paella marinera (we shared amongst 3 people and it really was little, I could have eaten the whole thing by myself, but then again, I'm 6 feet tall and 200 lbs in weight, lol). The bread itself was good but I am not sure it really should have gone for 7 bucks. The rest was definitely worth the price of admission, though. It's upscale, high-quality Spanish food. The patio is gorgeous and well decorated. Love the ambiance and the Spanish vibes here. 10/10. Highly recommend place.

Casa Córdoba is a gem for authentic Spanish cuisine with cozy, romantic ambiance reminiscent of Andalusian courtyards.

The tapas like patatas bravas, jamón Ibérico, and gambas al ajillo are awesome. The star is their paella - a must-try, made in the traditional pan, giving that crispy socarrat at the bottom.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They're more than happy to guide you through the menu.

The outdoor patio, with its Spanish tiles and fountain is the perfect setting for a date night or a gathering with friends. Live Spanish guitar music on certain nights is a plus.

Casa Córdoba delivers an experience that feels both authentic and welcoming. It's not just about the food; it's about the whole experience, from the taste of Spain to the warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone in the Montrose area looking for a taste of Spain without the long flight.

Great local restaurant in Montrose with a wonderful ambiance. Serving a variety of tapas, paellas, salads and more. My husband and I shared the kale salad. It was very tender and delicious. No hard woody chunks but tender baby kale like morsels. My husband was very reluctant to try it but we were both pleasantly surprised at just how good it was. We also had the short rib. It was tender, lean, and accompanied by lentils seasoned with Moroccan spices. For dessert we tried the Bizcocho de Almendra which is (GF)
(Almond flour cake, tres leches broth, strawberries, topped with cinnamon ice cream) and I had the custard, similar to a creme Brule but slightly different. Both were delicious but the cake was pretty spectacular for me because I'm GF and there aren't a lot of these types of desserts to enjoy. I learned they have a happy hour from 4-6, so going to grab some girlfriends and come back for that in the near future. If you haven't had an opportunity to try this place, give it a go and sit on their lovely patio. Great spot for a date night!

Amazing food, and even better experience.

Food was delicious. We got the salmon plate, shrimp tapa, squid, roasted vegetables. All were great! Drink was also well received.

The host, a nice blonde young lady, was amazing. She got us in without a reservation, and made us feel like family. She was really talented at keeping the restaurant flowing, and everyone happy.

The servers were engaging, proactive, and prompt.

Food came fast, and hot. And was very tasty, and clean in terms of prep and ingredients. The food was rich and light!

Plenty of free parking lots around Montrose. Some street side metered parking.

We lucked into a flamenco show. It was stunning.

The outdoor patio was like transporting to a whole new world. Very cool!

Dog and kid friendly. Reco making a res to have a smooth in and out!

Lovely restaurant! Richard was our very jolly waiter and made the experience fun. The sangria's were delicious and definitely had a kick.

The food was delicious, and the servers were attentive. I rated 4/5 because a) food was served on time with good flavour, b) service was quick and speedy but we needed to call the staff’s attention to more water, more food, and utensils (not very intuitive), and c) there were a lot of flies where we were sitting and staff were not sure how to get rid of them, this impacted our experience because we spent more time swatting flies rather than enjoying our meal. Maybe bring a citronella candle or we will insist to sit inside next time. However, I would totally come here again just for the food!

The food overall was really good. The Mojito de Fresca drink, albondigas and Patatas Bravas were the BEST. Robert the man, the myth, the legend! He offered awesome service, and recommendations! Will definitely return.

Lovely atmosphere! Opt for sitting in the intimate outdoor patio area if you can! The pork belly topped focaccia with fig jam was a favorite of the meal. Overall a comfortable yet elevated meal.
