My daughter is a student at WSU and we enjoyed every minute of our weekend together at the Carriage house. Truly wonderful hosts, fantastic room, and the breakfast was out of this world. Very thoughtful details like coffee and tea anytime was so appreciated. We will stay here again and again. This place is a gem!

We were in Winona for our daughter’s graduation from WSU - an event that happened across the street from the inn making parking and access a breeze! The rooms are historic and cozy with little details that feel like home - fires, tubs, wine, etc. Breakfasts are delicious and served with a warm smile and welcoming conversation. A sun porch with fireplace, games, coffee, and movies provided a space to gather outside our rooms, and we took beautiful grad photos in the living room of the inn by their sparkling Christmas tree. Being repeat customers, our food and coffee preferences were remembered. This mother-daughter team makes a trip to Winona a dream. Add dinner at Nosh (get the mushrooms!), and the trip is complete.

We loved our stay here. The room is gorgeous. It's a beautiful house. We love the little lounge with coffee, popcorn and a TV. The owner and host are so sweet. They are so welcoming and inviting. The first day we had an egg souffle which was out of this world. The next day was a creme Brule french toast which was spectacular. Jan and Grace are so sweet and kind. They provide a beautiful spot to relax. Walking distance to anazing restaurants too. We checked out the Japanese hibachi place and Sammy's pizza. We left full and happy plus we'll rested. My bed in the loft room was very soft and cozy. We can't wait to return to Winona. Check them out, you will not be disappointed!

This was our first stay here and we can't wait to come back. Everything was perfect. The room was exceptionally clean, the hosts were gracious and accommodating and the food was fabulous! It's also within walking distance of downtown Winona.

It's our anniversary tradition to visit different B&Bs around MN each fall, and this one has become one of our favorites! The hosts are lovely, the accommodations are wonderful, and the breakfasts are spectacular! It's within walking distance of downtown which is nice, and they give good restaurant recommendations. They were very accommodating and we will definitely be back again! I recommend this spot for Winona visitors.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House Bed and Breakfast. Rode the Amtrak to Winona. The Carriage House is a 3 minute walk from the train station and directly across the street from Winona State University. Our room was clean, comfortable and cozy! The breakfast in the main house was amazing! Thank you Carriage House, we will be back!

Beautiful historic city and building. Quiet for being inn the middle of a college town. Bed was comfy in friendship room. Nice jacuzzi bath and shower with the rainfall shower head thing. Breakfast was delicious! Best French toast I've ever had, I should have gotten the recipe🤗 lots of hiking in the nearby state parks and other trailer as well. Perfect weekend getaway!
