We’ve gained a family at Libby’s! My daughter started riding at Libby’s a year ago and she always has fun stuff to keep the kids involved: summer camp, clinics, lessons, parades, farm days, camping trips, trail rides, horse shows, rodeos, you name it she can make it happen! She genuinely loves these kids!

Carousel o’Breeds has been such a blessing to me and my family. We had recently moved to Alabama from Colorado when we started coming here and didn’t know many people or have many friends. To top it off, being a homeschooling family in the midst of the pandemic didn’t make things any better. Mrs Libby took us under her wing and made us feel like family. She is so accommodating to our schedules and really tries her best to keep things running smoothly. Her lessons are wonderful, and my children's volunteer days are filled with barn friends and hard work. My older children have learned how to be team players and how to work with children despite different strengths and weaknesses, as well as how to face their fears. My eldest daughter even purchased a horse from her after she gained confidence with working with them. I highly recommend coming here and just seeing the environment for yourself, you won’t regret it. ❤️

*Update 12/15/2020*
I can not say enough about Ms Libby and Carousel O Breeds. With this pandemic many people are closed off, and isolation leads to depression. We are able to be outside in the sunshine while social distancing. Libby and her team keep the barn sanitized and I feel safe sending my kids to take lessons from her. My kids have not truly experienced the isolation of Covid. I know they love it there because they never want to leave!!

My children have made life-long friends and found a new love of animals. They have gained confidence and team building skills. The kids can catch and load a 10 horse trailer to go in a trail ride through the most beautiful country. My son is unplugged, exploring nature, learning horsemanship with the most amazing team of trainers! My daughter has gotten tough and is growing up into an independent young lady. The skills they learn go beyond horsemanship. This is the best thing I have ever done for them, treated like family.

This is an awesome place! I had a birthday party there last week and it was amazing! Mrs. Libby and all the volunteers were very nice and helpful. The horses are beautiful, very sweet, and well-trained. I started lessons recently and it is a lot of fun. I have loved horses my whole life and finally get to be around them. This is the perfect place for anyone, any age, to learn to ride and appreciate horses.

Had a great 20 minutes of free roam with Jules. Then I noticed my husband and his horse weren’t to comfortable so I decided to trade and get on his horse (Cisco).
After I got on him he bolted towards the barn, almost ran me into a tree! Then when we arrived at the barn he turned really sharp, I and the saddle fell off.
Libby had just left and as we were coming back towards the barn she stopped but didn’t seem concerned when I yelled at her in her vehicle something was not right.
Long story short I stayed and rode just the first horse I was on because I had had this planned for 3 weeks and my expectations were high.
I would not recommend them to new riders.
I would not recommend them to board.
I would not recommend them to anyone honestly. They were nice but just unprofessional and very disappointing.
She has too many horse and not enough land for them to roam in my opinion.
I paid her, but I left in so much pain.

Mrs. Libby it's a hard work woman that love to help people and kids, she does a huge impact in the community, with her years of experience and dedication and love for animals and people !

We had a wonderful birthday party here! My daughter loves horses and all the horses were so gentle and friendly. Even a couple of 2 year olds rode a gentle pony and we had a tour of the petting zoo. We enjoyed being on the farm for an afternoon. Everyone was so nice and helpful.:)
