Maybe some people have too high of expectation, but this place was a nice pit stop. Clean and large dining area and friendly service. My first time at a Carl’s Jr, but I enjoyed the burger and onion rings. Nothing crazy, but better than what you’ll get at a McDonald’s.

What happened to this place? They must have a new management because the place is dirty, bathrooms dirty play Area filthy. It’s so bad my own kids didn’t want to sit and eat in this place or play in the play area anymore. This place is going downhill and they need to put money into this place and start fixing some stuff.
We are Very disappointed on how far it’s gone down. This used to be our family fun place to come to once in a while when we come into town but not anymore. Please restore this place especially the playground. Sanitize and clean this place. It needs a Women’s touch!!

Disappointed. I ordered a Double Big Carl combo w/ med fries. They must have misheard and gave me a double guacamole combo. That's fine, I guess...but the burger I got was old and microwaved. Warm limp, lettuce, warm limp tomatoes, warm limp bacon, soggy disintegrated bread that was drowning in guacamole. The fries were equally as disappointing...old limp and cold. It's just shameful and embarrassing. Do better.

Couldn't go inside and handwritten sign on the door said drive through only. You get what you pay for. The lower cost items on their menu are lower quality but at least it all has flavor.

Horrible service, the cashier with a slight greenish color to her hair was very rude and unprofessional. The soda machine tastes like straight syrup and a splash of water wasted money on drinks that we couldn’t even drink

Some of the best customer service! I came very late through the drive through last week. James had excellent service and the woman working in the back was also wonderful. She made my food fresh, hot and delicious. After a tough day and just needing something quick before going home, this visit exceeded my expectations. Much appreciated service and quality!

Our trip for dinner was most excellent
Dayton the front end cashier was very kind and attentive to my special needs son all the staff was very polite and professional
I didn’t expect that kind of service from a fast food restaurant I felt bad they had just finished cleaning the front dining area getting ready to close but reassured us it was all right to dine in didn’t feel rushed.
The food was good.
My 8 year old was very happy with the staff he is very much an introvert and autistic I haven’t seen him this open with strangers but they made him and us for that matter feel very welcome. I can’t say how happy we were with the service very special thank you to Dayton you should be promoted to a management position if it was up to me.
