Carla is absolutely amazing! She took care of all our wedding food from cookies for the rehearsal dinner to appetizers, buffet and desserts at the wedding. She responds quickly, was timely with setup/ clean-up and works closely with Creamery 201 staff. Everything went smoothly and tasted delicious! We got many compliments on the desserts. Not to mention how beautiful everything looks!

We got married at Creamery 201, and Carla's Catering truly did it all! Carla and her team provided appetizers, dinner, desserts, dinnerware, and more. Not only is the food incredible, but the service was unmatched. They all went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Our guests still talk about how delicious the mini cheesecakes were!

We chose Carla’s Catering for our wedding day on June 28th, 2024 as she works closely with our venue Creamery 201. We had our tasting and loved the food. We chose the buffet of creamy braised chicken, beef and vegetables, mashed potatoes, sage buttered tortellini and green beans severed with a roll! When I tell you people were RAVING about the food, even that is an understatement. We had so many compliments, many saying it was the best wedding food they ever had. Even now weeks after the wedding people can’t stop talking about it. Carla’s menu it’s very fairly priced as well compared to other places we looked into. Also the fact that most of the items on our menu were gluten free without even asking was a HUGE plus as many of our guests had allergies. Highly recommend!!!!! People say you always remember the food at a wedding, and I know my guests will not forget this food!

Excellent food, non-existent customer service.

Carla's Caterers showed up to our wedding 10 minutes before the ceremony started. I understand that they may have their process together but if I drop $3K on food for my big day, maybe spare me (and my bride/family) some potential stress by previously explaining your set up process and what to expect. My father worked in catering for years and was appalled that they would even set up in front of guests at all. Maybe it's apples to oranges but when I was about to walk down the aisle, I didn't want to be worrying about where my caterer was.

The staff and Carla never once interacted with the bride or groom besides some RBF stares from across the room. We asked the coordinator if this was normal. We were met with an "unfortunately, that's how she is".

I only took a star off for the customer service, that's how good the food was. But I'd be remiss to not warn future married couples/event-throwers about the poor communication and customer service. Carla's offers great food at what I believe to be a fair price. But I was expecting SOME kind of customer service. What we received was below the bare minimum.

Carla's decorated sugar cookies were both beautiful and delicious! Her new location is easy to find and the staff was helpful. Her items are fairly priced and of great quality. The cookies were the perfect thank you gift, everyone loved them!

Food was delicious. Only complaint is the maple glazed carrots did not have enough glaze like they did when we had our tasting with Carla, but still tasted great! Our cake and cupcakes were delicious as well (everyone LOVED the carrot cake cupcakes).

Carla was gracious enough to cater a midweek lunch at the Hoard Museum for our family reunion. The food was hot and well seasoned. Everything was delicious. The pork was so tender you could cut it with a fork. The chicken was excellent. I teased her about the green beans - her were cooked to tenderness unlike most others who just seem to warm up firm beans. Everything was provided. She even did one of the best cakes I have ever eaten for a special birthday treat. I would definitely trust her to make any occasion special and delightful.

Carla was great to work with! Her food is AMAZING, so much so that we had a hard time choosing what we wanted for our menu🤣 Carla responds promptly to emails and was easy to communicate with about all of our needs. We got lots of compliments on our food and dessert at the wedding!
