These cabins are just as amazing as the owners! The hospitality was over the top wonderful! The cabins are adorable and filled with everything you need, not to mention spotless! There are plenty of gathering places outside of the cabins, including a nightly fire pit and covered picnic area. My husband has stayed here multiple times and we will keep going back! We highly recommend Caribou Crossing to everyone! Such a beautiful central area for visiting all of the breathtaking attractions that Alaska has to offer. Thanks again for everything Loren, Dianna and Sarah!

Just returned from our first vacation in Alaska. We booked our stay at Caribou Crossings after reading reviews on Tripadvisor. Believe me, we weren't disappointed in any way. Loren, Dianna and their daughter Sara are three of the nicest people you will meet anywhere. We had a terrific stay and can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating they were. If we visit Alaska again (and I hope we will) we will definitely book a longer stay at Caribou Crossing. The Kenai Peninsula is breathtakingly beautiful and their place is a great location for the entire area.||||Hope to see you again!.

When looking for a place to stay in Alaska, make sure to check out Caribou Crossing Cabins. The Hosts, the Hollers family, are masters in hospitality and attention to detail. The hand-built cabins, the outstanding service and unbelievable hospitality set this place apart all the rest in Alaska.|Each day when we returned to our cabin we were greeted by Loren who was a great host. We were asked about our day and then if there was anything that we needed. We always felt like a special guest! In addition the family refreshed the Cabins each day-when we walked in to the cabin each day it was if we had arrived on day one;cleaned, spotless and straightened. |We were treated to a tour of their amazing gardens (check out the pics). Dianna has dill growing by the new grilling area for use with your fresh caught salmon. |They have an assortment of games to play too!|One morning we had a moose right by our cabin-it unbelievable to see one close up. |I could write several more pages of compliments, the bottom line is that if you are looking for an amazing cabin experience look no further than Caribou Crossing Cabins!|Thank you Hollers for your GREAT hospitality, cabin experience and fun!

As we left Alaska and we were discussing our trip our kids said that Caribou Crossing cabins was their favorite place we stayed in our visit. It is such a cozy please. The owners are so welcoming and friendly. The yard is immaculate and so inviting. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Everything is easily accessible. The location is very handy to so many places if interest. The only complaint we had is that we did not have enough time there. Make time to hang around the cabins in the evening... Enjoy the outside for out, play volleyball or even go for a bike ride. They offer a little off everything. Sarah even left us a treat of chocolate cake in our second evening. The hollers go above and beyond. Thanks so much.

I recently stayed at Caribou Crossing Cabins for the 6th time. My 11 trips to Alaska have resulted in my experiencing many different levels of lodging and none compares to this Soldotna location. I return because the cabins are well maintained and cleaned with excruciating attention to detail. The family-owned operation prides itself on the grounds, which are impeccable, and on service. The grounds provide plenty of covered picnic space for outdoor meals, multiple grills, laundry, and a wonderful fire pit for meeting others (no more than 4 parties are accommodated at a time). A first class fish-cleaning station is a plus for those wishing to fillet their catch off of the river. The location is quiet and accessed easily from downtown Soldotna. Caribou Crossing Cabins is a wonderful place to stay.

My first trip to Alaska with some friends and was not sure what to expect. Let me say that this place is without a doubt the best place to stay in the entire state! The whole family works to keep the cabins and all of its amenities in immaculate conditions. Truly amazing. They make you feel like you are at home and part of the family! 110% recommend.

This place and the Hollers are the most amazing people ever! Greeted just as we pulled in by Sarah and the hospitality never stopped! Our rooms were so spacious and comfortable. They are spotless and they are taken care of every day. If you don't have it just ask and it magically appears! The company they provide is second to none - we were greeted every evening when we showed up and they would have a fire started and ready for us. We were so fortunate to meet some awesome people while we were there. There was a group from Connecticut, us (Nebraska) and California, we had the lower 48 covered and Loren and Diana made us feel at home. We even shared meals a couple of nights which was great. They know the area so well and give great recommendations on what to do and where to go. I highly recommend Caribou Crossing to anyone that wants to be treated like Royalty for a week! We can't wait to make it back!!

This was the perfect log cabin. You get the full Alaskan experience. Rooms gives you the home away from home feeling.||Diane and Sara were the perfect host. ||Daily room service was a plus not to mention the washer and dryers on site. We were far enough away to have the much needed privacy, however close enough to run into town if necessary.||Thanks for your hospitality!
