Annie helped plan and navigate a trip to Negril Jamaica to celebrate our 10 year wedding Anniversary…..with 34 people and she ROCKED IT. The communication, tips, and opinions she provided was beyond helpful. I will be the first to admit I was hesitant to use a travel agent, however now I know we will not plan another vacation without her help! 10/10 recommend.

We absolutely loved visiting and celebrating in Negril Jamaica! Travel care made it so easy with the travel plans, airplane information, guides and so much more! Easy to use and loved working with Annie! Any questions we had we could find through her and everything that she set up! Would high recommend Care Travel! We had such an amazing time in a beautiful place! The recommendations were all so wonderful! We have already talked about going back at some point!

We had a great family vacation to Italy this summer. Niki worked with me to coordinate all of our activities for four different locations. We were a family of 6 adults and a 3 month old! Everything went seamlessly, the professional drivers were excellent and all the guides and sites we toured had fast passes and incredible knowledge. We will definitely use them for our next vacation!

We wanted to take our adult children and spouses to an all inclusive resort just before Christmas. I contacted Care Travel and connected with Annie. She was diligent in finding a vacation that we all would enjoy. She helped set up family pictures, a special 33rd anniversary dinner and got us reservations at the restaurants before we left. She did such a great job answering all our concerns and making sure our time on vacation was perfect. We were able to just sit back and enjoy. Thank you, Annie! The memories we made are priceless.

To say that CARE Travel is great is an understatement! We worked with Annie to plan our trip to Sandals Dunn's River, and she went above and beyond for us from beginning to end. Had the best experience using CARE Travel! This was the first time we've used a travel agency and they made everything so easy! We had a big group of friends and family that went to Cancun Mexico in November 2022. They helped us book our flights, transfers, resort and excursion! Niki and her team are top notch. I can't say enough about this company.
Niki chose to send my Husband and I on a dream honeymoon that we otherwise would have never been able to afford as young newlyweds. She met with me while my husband was still deployed and gave me options of where we'd like to go, giving thoughtful detail to each location based on what kind of trip we wanted to have.
Days before our Honeymoon, a hurricane struck and derailed our trip to the Bahamas. I still remember the phone call as her #1 priority was our SAFETY and she calmly told me the trip to the Bahamas was no longer a good option but that we *still* had options. She took the time to protect us and keep us from going on a trip that would have put us in harms way and would not have been the pristine Bahamas we were hoping for. She and her team worked around the clock to help us choose a new location, assist my husband in re-booking flights, and guided us with useful information for our arrival. When we were having a hard time with the days all matching up between flights and military schedule, Niki personally donated the extra nights for us to have a long honeymoon. Who does that for total strangers?! She even checked in on us when we arrived. I'm sure she was behind our chilled champagne, flower petals, and room welcoming ambiance as well.
Niki is selfless, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and truly has her client's best interest at heart. When my husband gets his next reprieve, we look forward to planning another trip with Care Travel- knowing that Niki's watchful eye will be overseeing the planning and that we will be safe, well cared for, and pampered in every way possible.
