You have to stay here! This B&B is wonderful! We stayed here for 3 nights & felt right at home but with total privacy. We loved the gourmet breakfasts before our hikes, afternoon light bites, the evening fires, the red rocks view from our room of Bell Rock and the Courthouse (see pic from our room patio). Our host Nicole was wonderful, too. We also liked that it was easy access to several trails and a few minutes away from busy uptown Sedona (maybe a 10 min drive to there at most). Plenty of great places to eat nearby. Electric vehicle chargers, a pool - and especially soft bed linens, pillows and towels. They were all noticeably good quality, better than many hotels. We were first time Sedona visitors and looking forward to our next visit & will stay here again 100%! Also, all the guests we spoke with while there loved Canyon Villa, too. The value of what they provide & little touches are amazing, trust me. Just stop looking & book your stay! 🙂

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here during a five-night "babymoon." The property is stunning, with red rock views from every room and all throughout the common area. It is also nice that the B&B is tucked away from the high-trafficked parts of Sedona a few miles north. I loved the thoughtful touches during our stay — wood-burning fires in the indoor and outdoor fireplace daily, appetizers set out in the afternoon, cookies or brownies left out in the evenings, a vase of roses left by our door on Valentine's Day. It was such a restful, relaxing, cozy trip!

From the time we arrived to the time that we left, the innkeepers Chris and Nicole were phenomenal. The space itself was a beautiful and quiet little resort with access to drinks, snacks, toiletries, and just about anything you would need while traveling. The resort is close to some of the best hiking trails and various restaurants which made getting around very easy. The breakfast we were served every morning was delicious and made with thoughtfulness and care. Nicole gave many great recommendations that made our experience is Sedona even better than it already was. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful experience with top notch service!

Nicole and Kris were excellent hosts. The rooms are very comfortable. We had a million dollar view from our private deck. Breakfast was a delight. Fresh fruit, home made breads, and an Kris' orange French toast made the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Canyon Villa Bed and Breakfast.

Stay here!! Everything was just perfect for our stay. Our room was lovely and the views of Sedona's Red Rocks was breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, Kris and Nicole could not have been more helpful, accommodating, or kind. The breakfasts were delicious and so filling we easily skipped lunch. We had a flat tire and Kris went above and beyond to inflate it for us. Their suggestions of what to do/where to go were spot-on. We can't wait to get back!

From the warm welcome to the carefully appointed room, everything was spot on! Our view from the Bayonet room was unobstructed and gorgeous. Breakfast was fabulous in the beautiful dining room with roaring real fire. Nicole and Kris were extremely detail oriented and super friendly. I grew up in a bed and breakfast in Ireland and always seek them out when I travel. This one is a gem!

We had an amazing time in Sedona thanks to Kris and Nicole of Canyon Villa Bed and Breakfast. Our room was quiet and very comfortable with spectacular views of Sedona's Red Rocks. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious; Kris and Nicole were attentive without being intrusive. Their suggestions of where to go/what to see were spot on. We had an unfortunate flat tire and Kris went above and beyond to inflate it for us and keep us moving. We can't wait to go back!

This is my second extended stay at Canyon Villas. The view of Bell Rock and surrounding red rocks are unsurpassed. I sit in the cozy dining area and just watch them glow as the sun hits them just right! Get ready for the most delectable breakfast each morning. The staff and innkeepers will make you feel like family. And the inn is outside of Sedona in Oak Creek Village (15 miles or so away) so you don’t get trapped in crazy tourism. The drive to Sedona is stunning! The ancient ones from the rock formations are waiting for you!!!
