Great location, poor product.

Really great location on top of a canyon with nice and spacious furnishings and outdoor seating. Good Italian espresso equipment. Cappuccino was served in a disposable paper cup despite stacked porcelain cups on the machine. Tasted ok. Staff friendly but uninspired: While I was the only customer, I was still expected to pick up my coffee at the counter, fast food style…

I've been looking for a chill and cute coffee spot for a while in the area and Canyon Coffee is it. I ordered the matcha latte with vanilla or pumpkin and it was great! The pastry and dessert options are good too. There's indoor and outdoor spaces available to read or work. Solid wifi. Highly recommend!

Great local spot. Coffee is always delicious and the cold brews are really good too. Not a whole lot of options for food outside of pastries, but the snacks is a solid choice. Limited seating inside, but plenty of outdoor seating which is nice. Overall, a great little coffee shop to visit.

We stumbled on this place while exploring the area on vacation and it did not disappoint! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We tried the lavender latte and the vanilla bean latte, both were AMAZING! We also got a couple of their pastries which were delicious. The outdoor patio area is beautiful with a view of the canyon. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!
