The best service, matcha with pistachio milk, and toast. I love the ambiance and everything I’ve tried here. The owners are often there helping out too— you can feel the care they put in to their business. My only advice is get here early if you want a seat because this place is always packed! (It’s that good.)

Great baristas, use professional grade appliances and methods which makes for great tasting espresso, latte, cortado, americano and many more hot and iced coffee drinks. The pastries I've ordered were scrumptious. The vibe is cool with spinning vynil tunes playing all day. There's a bar, seating indoors and outside, sidewalk typical coffee shop seating.

Happening spot with great options! They are known for their coffee, but also have great herbal tea options. No WiFi, so keep that in mind if you’re looking for that. It was crowded with a line out the door when I was there on a Friday morning. It moved quickly though and seemingly without compromising any quality of their products.

Canyon Coffee, a true delicacy. I used to not be a coffee fan until I met my barista partner who has since then made me become a connoisseur of sorts or almost- I’m still being converted into a cappuccino enjoyer; with wonderful development thanks to Canyon’s oat milk cap. I come here often when the sun is shining and I’m feeling like a day of sunshine. The brown sugar latte is my gal, xoxo always and forever. Their salmon toast will also not disappoint if you are someone with a passion for some tasty goodness of capers, dill, salmon, cream cheese, and a hint of lemon zest; you will love. Although not cheap per-say, this coffee shop is about what you can expect from any coffee house in Los Angeles, the perk being that the drinks are actually good.
The music is always superb, playing on a snazzy looking record player. The aesthetic is perfected, expressing a wonderful minimalist bohemian beauty. They are somehow always busy which should tell you all you need to know in goodness.
I’m honestly surprised Canyon doesn’t have a higher review rating because they are one of the best shops in the area for highest quality and bang for your buck coffee. I’m stoked to have found this place and it’s my weekly little treat for myself. I recommend dining in if you can snag a spot, the coffee in a proper cup is just next level. Yes, this is my love letter, Canyon Coffee xx. 💋

One of my FAV places to sit and vibe in LA. Coffee is amazing, vibes are amazing, the only thing missing is WiFi :/ this particular area has really bad cell service, so having WiFi would make this place absolutely perfect. Hope to see this addition in the near future!

This is my go-to spot for matcha after a Saturday hike. The sense of community here is amazing—everyone is so open and welcoming. I love running into friends and meeting new ones. The staff is fantastic, and the matcha pistachio latte is a must-try—so delicious with minimal added sugar. Their pastries are equally delightful. The decor, the aesthetics, and the overall vibe make this place feel like a little retreat. Plus, Carlos, our barista, has the best Spotify playlist!
Don’t forget to bring your own cup to save the planet!

Canyon Coffee literally shook my world. My brother and I were visiting from Florida, doing what we always do - in search of the BEST coffee shop experiences imagineable. Canyon blew our expectations out of the water. We were greeted by the coolest cat, Carlos, with a bold, yet incredibly friendly stature. He knew the menu like the back of his hand. I landed on the eloquent “Hot Japanese Brown Sugar Latte”. LIKE WHAT!! Craft of the craft, one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. Yes, “my bro and I are twins”, I told him. Little did I know we were about to be served a delectable slice of perfectly baked Banana Sesame bread made by a local queen. Impressively moist. Yep, I said it. From the time we walked in, we felt like we were home. A pleasant experience all the way around.

Dialed in coffee. Amazing service. Great chats. Insanely styled atmosphere. Food was unreal. Phenomenal experience. We will be back for more… one day. Bring this to Florida asap please.
