I booked this for my boyfriend and I for Valentines week we stayed for 3 nights and gotta say I am impressed this is a 2 star hotel for $135 a night! Everything was comfy, quiet, enough space (bathroom was big) and we felt like we had privacy. The knives they give for the kitchenette gotta say is lackluster so bring your own chef knife if you plan on cooking/chopping stuff up for food! The stovetop worked great just takes awhile for it to heat up to max to cook meats but it did the job. The shower is amazing and the mirror in the bathroom is very nice and big very easy to get ready in the morning (make-up, brush teeth, doing hair and they give a hairdryer as well) The tv's are flatscreens and are capable of connecting your phones, laptops, switch/consoles up too them if you bring them for that through hdmi cable or shared screen. The wifi we had some lag or disconnects once or twice but it didn't ruin our stay and it was doable for just chilling out with a movie in bed. Speaking of the bed I have a spine injury so I was worried about the bed quality for my back but it was okay, I had to bring my own pillows which I am very glad I did cause I needed them for my legs so my spine wouldn't hurt. The bed is very neutral though not to stiff not to soft! We didn't check out the gym or cupboards we were doing a lot of walking already and didn't want to be fatigued and we had enough food we didn't need the snacks or breakfast items but its super nice to have if it's needed/wanted! The parking space I will say though seems kind of.. small? You have to drive around the building and feels kind of odd but seems fine enough. The location is nice though more than enough places to eat like Ihop, Golden Corral, Cracker Barrel tons others around and its 5-10mins away from the old town district of Winchester and the Mall so there is more than enough stuff too do! All in all this hotel was great and I made some amazing memories with my boyfriend here and will be coming back if the chance comes again!

My wife and I fell in love with this place. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The room was magnificent. I will recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a wonderful place to stay! Jenn Liam Hana are the only names I can remember. But hats off to everyone in the building that makes the hotel great. Kepp up the great work!

We stayed at this Candlewood Suites for two days following a harrowing drive from Syracuse, NY (on our way south) with our dog (a yellow labrador). We received a warm greeting upon arriving around 5pm and were given a first floor room off the lobby which was convenient for taking our dog out and surprisingly quiet. The entire suite was immaculate. I complimented the housekeeping staff on my out on the wonderful job they did. You couldn’t even tell it was a pet friendly room (and no unpleasant scents to cover up odors). The only criticism we had was for the cupboard contents which were very limited. There was no orange juice, milk or cereals along with very few choices for snacks. On a positive note it was easy to order from Uber Eats for dinner. All staff were very friendly and helpful (except for a man on the day shift). We would definitely stay here again.

The Staff was helpful in locating a room to meet our needs. And with local restaurant recommendations. The suite was clean. However the room should get a few upgrades.
- Mattress was soft and sank in the middle.
- Bedroom was warm and hard to see the thermostat hidden behind the TV.
- Old TV software did not enable us to log into our streaming services.
- Windows not tight - allowed street noise into the room.

Rude dishonest staff. Especially the maids. Horribly ran by management and corporate management. Smoking everywhere I amazingly watched them kick out the one guy I watched smoke outside for…. Smoking. He seemed to have to leave a lot of stuff I’m not saying that was a motivation but…Infested with mice they are in every room crawling in the cabinets and the walls idk if ppl understand they are not just creepy and annoying they are a serious health risk. There’s a construction worker party have the time till late night with drunk ppl bellowing god knows what. You have felons who have lived there for years and years bragging about what criminals they are. The toilet worked half the time. I had not toilet half the time. Ned was so bad I had to sleep diagonal to not wreck my back. But hey no cockroaches. They also gave bribed guests for 5 star reviews using gifts

An outstanding place to stay, staff, including the young lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming..I may have left my winter jacket in Room 205 the night of our stay. It was a grey down filled winter jacket. If so could it be mailed to my address of record. The young lady at the front desk is a shining example of your organization. THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID FOR MY WIFE AND I AS WELLAS OUR DIG BOOMER. We are extremely grateful.

We always stay at Candlewood Suites in Winchester on our way to Florida. The reception Lian (I hope I got her name right) was there when we arrived on November 16, 2024. She is truly a pleasant person, nothing is too much for her. There was no buggy for our suitcases and boxes (we had a lot) and we older folks but she found something for us right away and when we could not get our TV to work she came up right away to fix it. A real pleasure to deal with her. When we got to our condo in Florida I noticed that the hotel charged us $10. We paid with points. So can someone explain that $10. Usually at this hotel we have a good nice sleep. Unfortunately, on November 16 there was a bunch of young girls having a party until 2:30 a.m. making such a racket that we could not sleep at all. Why could'nt Security at the hotel make them stop? We will never stay there again because of this VERY bad experience.
