Stayed here 5 nights after moving family up from CA. We did arrive in the evening, was welcomed with a sigh for being an IHG member, tho not "diamond elite." We did get a card for diamond elite to put on the windshield & park in the designated spots. Think the fridge was older - we turned the ice maker off to avoid noise, but still heard the fridge itself - motor maybe? - going on & off. Bathroom was pretty clean except for the usual bit of dirt on the caulking & dust. It was very nice to have the full kitchen and seating table & chairs, but sure could have used more coffee than than 1 little bag of regular. A luggage rack would have been super appreciated though.

Nice and private, otherwise quiet. Candlewood Cupboard room was always locked up - know we can use the key card to get our extra coffee, but didn't seem inviting. It was GREAT that we could bring our little dog!

This hotel is outdated - the TV was old and small, the beds were so old that the springs were digging in to my side. I would not stay here again until its updated and refreshed with new comfortable beds.

With that said the staff was helpful and the room size was great. The room was well equipped for a long stay its just by body can't take sleeping there.

The staff was beyond exceptional. The room was spotless. The bed and mostly, the pillows were perfect. I unfortunately had an incident involving my abusive husband, and when I was finally able to alert the front desk, the front desk guest services was able to handle the situation with professionalism, confidence, courtesy, and I was so relieved he was able to get him to leave my room until the police arrived. I ended up checking out a day before I was supposed to, just because I wasn't sure if bail would be made. When I was leaving, the late night guest services assisted me with my things and my dog and made sure I made it to my car safely. I have never felt so protected before, and I hate that I had that drama in such a great place. If I return to the area, I wouldn't book anywhere else!

Genuine hospitality. Friendly helpful staff. Secure, generous, comfortable and sparkling clean accomodations. Very affordable competitive rates. As a retired commercial Flight Crew member, I've seen every level of hoteliery in most major US, many Caribbean and some European cities. I know a solid team when I see it. If Candlewood Suites was an airline, I would never fly another. Not a just a 5-Star, but a TEN STAR HOTEL. Please build more! (P.S. I had no experience with the Candflewood Cupboard.)

I have stayed at this property many times. This time after making a reservation three months in advance, I was told on the day of the reservation that the room type I had reserved was unavailable. This is not acceptable. Furthermore, the bathroom, light and fan did not work and was not attended to by staff, even though they were notified, and the bathroom hand soap dispenser did not work and was not attended to do although the management was notified. I don’t know if there’s new management or what is going on here, but the quality of stay has definitely deteriorated

Run to the Candlewood Suites for your staycation! Comfortable, super clean and spacious rooms. Nestled in a quiet secluded spot close to restaurants and major roads. Staff are friendly, and considerate of your needs! Quality service for your buck! You won’t regret it! Pet friendly too!

This was such an amazing place to stay we are for sure gonna stay here again! The staff was all around amazing and very friendly! We loved that there was a laundry on site! Our kids loved it there also.

The room was great because it had a full size refrigerator and a sink and a stove. They have induction stoves can I take a long time to heat up. Also, if you are in a wheelchair accessible room the beds sit kind of high still, so you'll need help to transfer on to it or a slider board to get up up on the bed or get yourself some kind of a platform made of plywood like we did and a ramp
