We were expecting a medium stay when we saw that this hotel had a number 2 rating. We had an appointment inside the hotel, so we decided we could deal with that. We were delighted to be surprised by the quality and cleanliness of this hotel. It was emasculate. Congratulations to the cleaning staff! Ally, the young lady who checked us in, was professional, polite, engaging, and delightful.

Although we did not really need the kitchenette, it was so well-appointed we knew someone had thought about what a traveler would need.

Room was clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. This a pet friendly hotel with a nice lawn for walking your dog. Parking is well lit and nearby amenities are convenient. I stay here yearly as the dog sports facility Fun Fur Paws is nearby.

Positive: It was clean. Negative: Only ice maker available is in the rooms refrigerator . The ice maker was turned off upon arrival. It took 7 hours for the ice maker to work.Had to go buy ice. Hotel can not be seen from the road. Turn at the Hampton Inn sign. No breakfast available.

Over the past 3 years I have noticed a decided decrease in the quality of our room's kitchen equipment. For example instead of service for four on our last visit we had 2 forks, 2 plates etc. I now bring my own silverware and paper plates. I should not have to do this. We rely on use of the kitchen to eat our meals in the room due to my diet restrictions. I recommend each room's dining utensils be inventoried periodically and missing items replaced. At this time I can no longer recommend the Candlewood Suites in Burlington WA.

The rooms are clean and well stocked, full size fridge. Great TV and wifi, too. The hotel is in a convenient location near restaurants, shopping, and the highway. It's typically very quiet when we're there and the staff is very nice.

I really enjoyed staying at Candelwood Suites in Burlington. I have stayed here before and always come back because I love the privacy and friendly staff. I alwats request the same room the double queen (kitchinette) suite. It is very comfortable and has a bath tub which is a must for me. My cat loves staying here too. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A comfortable bed and mini-kitchen make this hotel's rooms feel almost like home - but without the list of things that need to be done. We loved the mini-kitchen though all we used was the coffee maker and sink. We were here for leisure, but would definitely stay here if we needed to for work. There was a nice desk area for working, a comfy chair for relaxing in front of the TV, and the bed was very comfy for sleeping. Would definitely stay here again.

This certainly isn’t the first complaint. The coffee machine is instant coffee!!! Horrible. Americans like / brewed or roasted coffee! You can do better? Has the owner stayed at this hotel and used the facilities? They should.
