Positive: The hotel has been updated, including the lobby which was in process during our stay. Liked having two sinks and two doors to the room. There are numerous restaurants nearby including our recommended Culver's. Negative: None

The rooms are quite spacious, although dated. As happens when people rotate through rooms, sometimes they leave behind critters, being that not everyone cleans the same way. They are proactive (Campus Inn) about spraying the rooms and getting new mattresses. The housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired, so be prepared to bring your own cleaners such as: glass cleaner and paper towel, bathroom cleaner and scrub brush, dish soap, garbage bags, and multipurpose cleaner. I also got Febreeze and an oil plug-in to freshen up my room. I got a broom, dust pan, and dry wipe sweeper to go with my wet swiffer cloths for my floors. I brought a few rugs as well, and made the absolute best of my long-term stay here (obviously it’s not too bad if I’ve been here for two months and counting!). With a few cheap appliances, like toaster oven, slow cooker, and burners to cook on, I’m basically in a studio apartment! With a few minor tweaks, this establishment could be really quite desirable. They need a woman’s touch on the housekeeping team, they need to put new mattresses in plastic to keep the critters off of the new bed after the room is sprayed. It is close in proximity to the Dells, Devil’s Lake State Park, Lake Delton, The Wilderness, Downtown Baraboo, the Circus World Museum, etc. This property features an outdoor seasonal pool, a bar onsite, laundry facilities and an ice machine near the lobby, and a vending machine at the front desk. The price is decent per night and per week. They also feature a couple of hot tub suites with a king size bed, private bathroom with shower, and large hot tub to relax in.

Rooms are not clean when checking in and smell bad. Have bed bugs and cockroaches. So if you want a bug problem this the place to go. Otherwise stay away from this place. The workers get drunk and the owner don't care about them doing that and the bugs. Wont give any refund so what ever. I highly recommend not to go to the place.

Bed sheets had stains, holes, and the shower had mold. Called the front desk and the manager told me the room was just remodeled last week and the black was paint. Told him the shower curtain had mold all at the bottom, told me if i didn’t like the shower curtain to take it off and put it to the side.

I reserved a room for a Friday and Saturday night during a very busy weekend in the area. 24 hours before check-in, they left me a voice mail that they had to cancel my reservation due to maintenance issues - that was the only explanation. They did not offer another room or any type of voucher for a future stay or any recommendations for finding another hotel on short notice.

The wife and I got a room here for 3 nights and we didn't have any real complaints about the place. The room was clean; everything was in stock and order. The only thing that I I would've liked to see was better cable service. It was also fine because we had most of the cable channels but it didn't have a TV guide to view. We had a pretty chill time relaxing in the room. We're not much of bar patrons but there was a bar downstairs and a pool that looked nice to check out. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a decent room at a fair rate.
