This place is amazing. Great pricing for a hotel that feels like a top-tier luxury hotel. Smells great, nice lighting, entry way ambiance is comforting. The place is cleaner than many high end hotels I've stayed at. The room itself also has a very modern touch. Very clean and the decorations are fantastic. This hotel should be the poster child for every other hotel in the area at this price point. My new number 1 place to stay if I'm in the area. Great job Cambria!!!!

I can’t even begin to tell you how terrible and slimey this place is. Nothing works, they try to over charge. Our room did not get cleaned for 5 days. The whole place smells.
After complaining three times they tried to re use nasty sheets on our bed.
If you have a family do not stay here. Extremely trashy as well. Nikki at the front desk literally walked off as I asked why my room hasn’t been cleaned. Awful customer service. Avid hotel stayer this is the worst of my stays. Tried to get a refund now I’m calling corporate because employees left stations. If you have any decency trust me avoid this place.

My stay was cool.. but what made my whole experience awesome was from the customer service from
the bartender, China! She was awesome! Her energy and bubbly personality made me and my family stay and fellowship an extra 2 hours than what we planned to! She is a gem!!! We will come back and stay at this hotel solely bc of her excellent service!

The hotel was great. It was in a great location, and the amenities were great. The room was amazing. I loved the floor to wall ceilings. We had a nice view, and it was natural light. I don't remember the name of the waitress, but she was great. the breakfast was worth eating. I loved the space of the room. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Very clean and quiet, great location with many restau and shopping areas. My only complaints are the wifi is horrible and too restricted, they have a restaurant in house but you will never know it because there's no advertising for it and there's nothing in the room that tells you the menu or the operating hours and also the bathroom extractor turns on automatically when you walk past the door and that is extremely annoying and loud.

Service is great, rooms are clean and comfortable, parking is free, very safe place (I've stayed here 3 times) and price has always been very good. 👍

I liked the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. It also was very attractively decorated. A few things I would have appreciated: Waste basket in bathroom, written tv menu - the tv was odd - difficult to use and find programs. In planning - the tv, mirror and desk unit were in uncomfortable locations. Tv was hard to see from bed and could have been switched with other furniture. The price of room was very good but the food prices and offerings were not. The make your own coffee @$4.00 was too much and you should have had a selection of lower priced snacks and drinks - also water in rooms. It would have helped to have not only your menu in each room but perhaps locations and information of other places to get food and shop. Now everyone expects all information to be researched on iphones, but I don’t really think everyone is there yet.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Everything from the check-in, lobby, room, location.... everything was perfect. I like that you have to have a key card to be able to use the elevator. That made us feel very safe. The decor was wonderful. The beds are super comfortable. The shower was fantastic and there is a thermostat in each room so we could set it to our comfort. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel and location to anyone in the Tampa/Brandon area!

new hotel where the computers were down during check-in. the elevators were a pain due to the key cards. the TV took a computer science degree to operate. the handicap bathroom was not. it was a step over tub instead of a walk in shower. just because it had a lot of grab handles and a seat they decided it was a handicap bathroom. tub bottom and all the floors were very slippery. had to hold on to shower. desk personnel were not very informed. same young gentleman told me breakfast started at 8:00 AM then on phone told me 6:30. never mentioned it was not complimentary. at this price the room should have included complimentary breakfast. when desk personnel were questioned, she said that is what I reserved. I asked for a double queen beds with a handicap bathroom, not what I got. other problems had occurred. $4.00 for a cup of coffee is outrageous. items in store were over priced.
