Our hotel stay was comfortable and quiet. The room was odor-free, exceptionally clean, and safe.

Check-in was satisfactory, although customer service at the front desk could be improved.

Rooms are not automatically cleaned; we requested housekeeping on the third day, but our room was not attended to. We then requested fresh towels and were told to go downstairs to get new towels. They provided us with pool towels instead.

It's worth noting that parking and breakfast is NOT free, it is additional costs. Parking fees were approximately $30 per day, and breakfast was $24.99 per adult per day.

I had to ask for coffee daily, it wasn’t out and available. They just told me to go to the bar.

Hotel is hidden behind a business. Could not see from road. We had to pay for parking! Unacceptable, to say the least. Parking should be free since you are paying to stay at their establishment. The deposit is $200 per room! When I researched the hotel for our stay, I did not read anything about the deposit. Every hotel we have stayed at only asked $100 per room. As for the room we were in, the TV was placed in the middle of the room. Made it quite hard to get around without stubbing your toe or knee. Other than that, the bed was comfy. It was quiet. Fast food restaurants were just down the way. There is an on-site restaurant and bar.

Overall this hotel should not be a 4 star hotel. It went sideways the moment we checked in, understandable that power issues caused room keys not to be assigned, reserved a 2 beds and the original room trash not thrown out bed not done slippers left in room seemed like someone was still staying in room got moved only had one king bed my step son had to stay on an uncomfortable cot, bathroom door does not stay closed, I asked to be moved or upgraded to a suite and pay difference they said no but when I went to site there were rooms available, next a few occasions someone tried to enter our room next morning the gentlemen at front was nice and I know it wasn't his fault he was at least courteous and apologized for our first night stay as we got back my wife wanted 2 bottles of water mind you to pay was broken that morning so we asked if you can charge to room to not have to deal with it if it was still having issues, the lady didn't say yes or no but rudley said " you need to use the kiosk did you check if it's working" it felt like we were inconveniencing her, all in all I would not stay there again and if you value customer experience I would not recommend you stay here ....but if you do I hope you have a better experience.

Positive: Very clean with good restaurant. Excellent location close to airport without noise. Much nicer than expected. Would say 3+ stars Negative: Pool is on shady side of building so outdoor space unusable except in very warm weather.

Hotel rooms were nice, however Darell at the front desk was ridiculous. He was incredibly rude and condescending, possibly because our travel group was college age, so he thought it was ok.
He did not acknowledge or mention that there would be a $200 extra charge per room as a deposit. I went back to the front desk to ask about it, and he interrupted me when I asked if it was a deposit to say it wasn't. He then began to explain EXACTLY WHAT A DEPOSIT IS, in a very condescending tone. I asked if the charges would fall off, and he interrupted again to say "! was EXPLAINING that."
But wait, there's more!
In the lobby, they have a signup sheet to write down what time you need the airport shuttle. I went down the night before to write that we need it at 6:30 AM. I walk past good old Darell, and write on the list. He watches me and says nothing. The following morning, what we wrote on the sign up sheet is gone. I ask the girl working if the shuttle is coming, and mention how our names aren't on the list anymore.
Apparently that ray of sunshine of a man didn't change out the sign up sheet for the following day when he was supposed to, and had watched me write down our names on the previous days sheet without saying anything. We had to pay for an uber as we could not wait for the next shuttle to arrive an hour later.

Positive: "" Negative: Overall, it was a really good stay. We were very happy with the room, the man who checked us in and person who was running the bar were exceptionally friendly. The lady checking us out in the morning was not friendly. The hotel was nice and clean.

Wonderful experience from the get-go with Andante who was so pleasant arranging our reservation over the phone. Wish I got to meet him. Best of luck to you young man. We did however get to meet lovely Monai who seemed like she was just waiting for us to arrive. A pleasant young lady who is a wonderful expression of hospitality and a gift to this Hotel‘s staff. It would be a 1 star if it was not for the great location. Otherwise, a poor experience. The parking fee was not disclosed at the time of booking although the receptionist reduced it from $27 to $17. The hotel bar on a Saturday night did only had 2 of the 5 beer taps operational. A meager selection of other drinks. Many items on the menu were not avaialble. The room was quiet but half of the electrical switches did not work. The thermostat was non-functional. And, finally, the bed sagged!
