To start off
YOU SHOULD NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ANY OF YOUR TRAVEL NEEDS.
I've been dealing with these guys for almost four years at first they were very friendly or should I say the original people working this company was nice before they resign for conflict of interest what I understand but these new people are piece of work.
Their customer service skills are non-existent.
Also some strange reason they think all Asian nationality only need to speak Vietnamese for some reason in their minds any Asian who speak English Is beneath them just want to add I'm not Vietnamese so why should I speak the language? If for some reason you don't trust me read the comment on Yelp Garden Grove location owned by the same company there is another person who thinks the same way.
There is another example of their rudeness If some reason they don't like what they hear they like to hang up on you on the phone and don't care about what you have to say.
My suggestion is do not deal with them. They have a real bad respond regarding about refunds too on airline ticket you cancel.
It will takes them I don't know two or three months even get to you or should I say don't even bother responding to your request until you're point of harassing them to get the job done.
These people know how to take your hard earned money but when something happen they don't know give it up.
Why should we plan special vacation with these people and they just going to ruin it for you from the start to end.
They also have a policy making copy of your ID or personal identification without permission from owner so don't let them take your ID off your hands until you know what's going on.
I recommend you guys take your business to a non racist people You'll be much more happier and less troublesome. We should not give a business to people who have this set of mind on business and to their customers.
I also want to remind they have another type of business I'm aware of.
They money transfer to Vietnam like MoneyGram for example I can tell you they're not the cheapest one in that area or the friendliest.

The people who read this I thank you and hope you stay away from them. You're better off. Trust me.
