I recently visited Caffe Luce and had one of the best customer service experiences with Lillian. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I ordered a latte, and it was not only perfectly designed but also absolutely delicious. The barista clearly put care into both the presentation and flavor—each sip was smooth and well-balanced. The foam art on top was a beautiful touch, showcasing their attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back again for another! Highly recommend!

I came here just to grab a drink and plug in for a little bit one afternoon. There's a decent amount of space inside and a couple of tables outside. There are comfy booth seats, outlets, and WiFi. It was pretty quiet and most people were working while I was there. I ordered a dirty chai and I loved the amount of spice it had. It was definitely above average with the flavor and not overly sweet.. I'd drink it any day. I'd also happily come back here any day.

Very relaxing place to enjoy a beverage and snack either alone or with company. Baristas are knowledgeable and friendly. Their espresso pulls are consistent and flavorful. They roast their own beans, so quality control is on point. I buy beans there to use at home.

It's the perfect quiet place for a morning cup of coffee. The batistas are always super sweet and pleasant to be around. The pastries are great for those without a sweet tooth.

I am not a fan of coffee shops, but this place is simply AMAZING. My wife told me about and I was like ok I will give it a try. Since then I have been there almost everyweek. Their hot beverages are really tasty. The environment of the place is really relaxing, and really good. I would go there over and over and forever. I highly recommend this place.

There's a def cool vibe to this place. A few plants would be nice. Also, they have enough space to set up a singer/songwriter in the corner. Would be the bomb and separate them from all the other coffee places out there.

Tone

What a bummer. We've been drinking Cafe Luce for over a decade. When they open their Campbell location we were so excited. Everything has been smooth until the last couple months. They increased their prices and lowered their expectations of quality. It's a shame that they're holding themselves to the same crippling business models that you're seeing across America which is raising the price without any added benefit. I know things are expensive and sometimes you have to raise the price in order to compensate the overhead, but that doesn't mean that you should lower in quality.

Three of the past five times we have been greatly disappointed with the service. All of them have been with the newly trained staff which says a lot about management and who is doing the training. Today was icing on the cake and was the first time that we threw our drinks away from Caffe Luce and went somewhere else..

In the photos, you'll see what was supposed to be a pumpkin spiced latte. Instead, it was a latte with a dump of clumpy pumpkin spice on top and all along the side of the cup. No skill. No love. No finesse. No cares given. No tipped received. With prices like this, you expect a professional service. It's not like it was busy in there. The baristas (which I have a hard time calling them that) we're so slow that they were actually just socializing. When the usual baristas are in, everything is seamless. It's been that way for years. Whoever managed the new crew's training and made the decision for them to fly solo, has made a critical error.

We decided to go to Ren coffee House just up the street at the St Phillips plaza and they nailed it. Not only do they nail it, but the entire place was popping. Even under all the stress, their actual baristas did a phenomenal job. Goodbye Caffe Luce.
