I thought I was impressed with all the coffeeshops I’ve seen in my PNW trip, but I was truly amazed with Cafe au Lait. I was thinking a shop within the mall storefront but I was so amazed to find that it was a cute little hut sitting in the parking lot! Then the service by the wonderful girls was out of this world. Kind, caring, and with a smile. And the coffee, oh my god! That was incredible! And the food was so tasty too. I could go on and on…
I’m only sad that this is my one and only day in Olympia because I would love to come back here again and again. So make sure to get your coffee here if you’re in town!

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. For sure will never order drinks elsewhere. Not only is their customer service superb, their drinks are always tasty. The owner goes above and beyond to correct a mistake and ensures you have a delightful experience . Barista Jess made sure we felt appreciated for feeling comfortable having the air corrected. Good honest customer service is hard to find these days.
Thanks Barb & Jess if there was an award to give, you would both have earned it!!!

I am not typically one to put people on blast, but when it comes to money things I believe full transparency keeps everyone safer. I tipped the barista the amount that would round my bill to a whole number, in this case $16. Upon review of the transaction I was charged the amount that gave the barista a larger tip, resulting in a not whole number transaction amount. It isn’t a big deal on its own, but it’s enough to make me no longer frequent this establishment. Stay safe!

WOW - the Brew Crew here are so friendly. And if you start coming a few times a week they will remember you and your drink. They have a KETO - sugar free blended mocha with heavy cream.
Ok I had a cave in when I saw the S’mores cookie.
A great little shop making local a habit !!!

The ladies inside were nice and chatty towards us, but the coffee wasn't great. Wrong type of coffee, burnt milk, wrong proportions for the drink, and it just tasted wrong. I'm sure it was just that time, and situational, but still.

While the service is a bit slow and it is understandable given there's only a couple people their drinks are great and they're super friendly.
