We reserved the Cabin Suites 16 months in advance of the KHS Class of 1962's 50th class reunion this last weekend and were excited for our3rd visit! We weren't disappointed one bit! We shared the house with our close friends and even hosted a pre-function the night before things officially started. The Cabin comes completely furnished with everything needed to have a GREAT time! An added plus to the spaciousness inside is the bonus of the large patio outside,fire pit, BBQ , picnic table and beautiful old oak gracing the back yard!|| We enjoyed working with Dave and look forward to many more visits to our "home away from home"!!!!

For two nights, I felt right at home -- literally -- at the Cabin Suites in Kennewick, Washington. Booking one of the well appointed bedrooms in this once residential home gave me a safe, warm place to sleep, couches for watching TV from, a kitchen to cook in, even a backyard to explore, once the rain ended. Dave, the owner was helpful and attentive, without being invasive. In fact, once he helped me tour the home, he disappeared, telling me to call him if I needed anything more. I didn't. So I "lived" in privacy for two days and two nights in comfort. If you're looking for FANCY, it may not be your ideal stay. But if you want a clean, well appointed HOME away from home with cable TV and good wireless connections, it's a great find. I highly recommend it.

Owner walked through the house while we were staying there and went through the rooms "inspecting" how we were treating the house. Did not stick to the previously agreed-upon payment plan. Showed up at the door late one night demanding payment early as he was "heading out of town very early the next day" and yet he still managed to stop by later the next day and go through each of the rooms we were staying in.

Was a nice option to stay together as a group instead of getting a block of hotel rooms, but there was something just off about the owners.
Also, the house smelled like an old litter box combined with wet dog. Not sure if previous travelers had a pet with them or if it was the owners, but definitely could have used a deep cleaning before we visited.

Like a time machine to the 70's this pink bathroomed, leather futoned, rambler looks like an old folks home on the exterior, and exactly the same on the inside. Comfortable for a large party with beds and bedding hidden in every nook and cranny. Large tables for drinking, dining or gaming, and televisions in every room for when you're tired of your friends. It's conveniently located and will serve you nicely on your wine weekend getaway.

I have stayed at Cabin Inn Suites with my wife and with friends. It is a great location for a Stay-cation. Huge table for large meals or meetings. Clean and cozy house. Good price. Much better than staying at a hotel!

Nice place. Basically 3 bedroom ranch. Some public areas for sharing. Shared full bath. Quaint and well stocked though. Great if larger group or fault wants to rent all three rooms.

Spacious and clean, this rental really felt like home. It was well stocked with kitchen and linen supplies, T.V. and WiFi. Cabin decor, a great value and an attentive "innkeeper". Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cabin Suites. The owners were great to work with, our beds were memorably comfortable and the price was very reasonable. We're looking forward to staying there on our next trip to Kennewick.
