First time to the location because I heard good things. Very disappointed. I ordered a family pack only to find the bucket a little over half full and barely I covered with any sauce and flavor. Sausage and bread was good. Salad was basic but fine. When I go to get pasta, I would expect that to be the best part of the meal and it was terrible.

Ordered a “regular” size thing of Mac n cheese online which cost $7.35 and ended up with 2 bites of bland pasta in hardly any sauce which sucks because what little sauce there was is actually pretty good. Also ordered a sweet tea and got an unsweetened one. For the same price I’ll go to noodles&co even if it’s further.

I've been meaning to try this place for several months. Friday, 9/6/24 was the day. I brought it up to my wife who looked at the menu. We realized we could place an order at that time and select a time we wanted to pick it up. That is what we did and selected the 7pm pick up time. I got an email confirming my order was received at 1:34pm. (Photo below).

Knowing they close at 7pm I purposely made sure I wasn't late. I pulled up to their front door at 6:45pm. When I walked inside I was greeted with a, "I'm sorry. We can't make anything for you. We are closing." I replied with, "That's okay, I'm just here to pick up an order." The girl behind the counter immediately said, "Are you Michael?" I confirmed I was and then she proceeded to apologize and tell me that they haven't had anyone come in "in forever" so put everything away and didn't have my order ready. She then tried to explain how they don't get the orders until about 15 minutes before the due time. She further explained she could get together a couple items on my order. But that would mean my wife doesnt eat and I would have to find food for her somewhere else. So, I asked for a refund and left to find food elsewhere. The time on my refund receipt is 6:47pm. (Photo below). They knew who I was and were expecting me. This tells me they started putting everything away a significant amount of time before they would supposedly have a 7pm order come through their system. I find it very hard to believe this system cannot be checked to see how many orders are coming in and when. Personally, I would want to know if there is going to be a heavy load of orders at any given point during the day.

I drove 16 miles out of my way to go here. Waste of time, gas, etc. I will not be going back. I can get pasta anywhere. 20% of the reviews are 2 stars or less; and I don't even know how the food is. Helpful tip: If you close at 7pm, close at 7pm. If you close at 6:30pm, don't give people the ability to select a 7pm pick up time. This isn't rocket science.

What is also troublesome, is that there is an option to select a tip amount. I felt forced to tip in this non-tipping situation because I didn't want the special spit sauce on my pasta. Just stay away from this place. Again, you can get pasta anywhere.

Lastly, I'm puzzled as to why the return receipt is dated on 9/5, the day before I placed my order.

The taste of their Mac & Cheese is amazing! The problem is, they sell a "Large Bucket" of it and it's less than 1/4 full. I believe it's literally only two of the small size portions in that big container.

For the cost, there are much better values. Mac-Shack at 67th Ave & Happy Valley offers more than double this amount of paste, per portion, in their small size. And for nearly the same cost.

It's a shame really. The Mac & Cheese is otherwise really good.

I asked the person taking orders if the salads were fresh. He said they are made daily. However, the caesar salad I got had old brown pieces of romaine that should have been discarded (see photo). The dressing was good, but they don't discard any bad leaves when making their salads. I threw most of it out.

So I’ve been a loyal customer to this location in Anthem for the past year. The food used to be great and I recommended many friends. Recently, I found mold in my pasta and my cucumbers on my salad were slimey. I was very disappointed to see this when the food was great. One of my friends had the same experience as well but didn’t want to say anything. Some of the employees were telling me that there are new owners, and I was so excited! But then this happened.

I just got home with my 2nd meal from here, ever and it's the same day as my 1st! It's amazing!! I'm not convinced there's anything they can't make! Chopped Spaghetti lunch special? DELICIOUS. Had me needing more. Dinner? A big bucket of Alfredo with Italian Sausage. I normally strongly dislike alfredo, but this I LOVED it. Also got a medium bucket of spaghetti because that marinara cannot go wrong. HAD to try the limited time meatball sliders and it just melts so nicely in the mouth. So much flavor. Finally... that dessert... I could eat it all day. I can't rave about them enough. That doesn't even touch on the beyond exceptional customer service you'll receive here. I am obsessed.

Rather than the quick burger experience i thought i would try some take home spaghetti. Good value and really liked the meatballs and salad choices. I will be including this place for a quick and tasty meal.
