DELICIOUS! The cinnamon roll pictured does not do it justice, it was divine. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich and basic bee bowl. Biscuits were flaky and everything was cooked to perfection. Staff was super friendly and there is a great dog-friendly patio outside. The menu for lunch also looked great, we will have to try that next time! There is no inside seating.

This place is worth the hype. We tried a variety of things: Benedict burrito, breakfast bowl, avocado toast, cinnamon roll and biscuit. All were delicious. Will definitely be back to try more. The place was buzzing the entire time we were there. Expect a line but fast service

I wanted to share my experience here today. We lost power in the storm so decided to grab some takeout from here for breakfast. My husband went to get the food but discovered a tree had fallen on our road so we couldn’t get out. I called busy bees to let them know we wouldn’t be able to pickup the food and they kindly offered to remake the food whenever we were able to come get it. This was such a nice gesture and we were so appreciative to go get a warm meal once our road was cleared.

I have also used busy bees to cater two parties and the food and service is always amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough! The bene burrito and green goddess Caesar are our favorites!

The Ruben burrito was amazing and a pretty excellent cinnamon roll. This place was recommended by a friend and it didn't disappoint. Still definitely come back and try their biscuits. 😋

The food is amazing- hands down the best cinnamon roll in Santa Cruz! The staff are so warm and friendly and the customer service is wonderful. Highly recommend Busy Bees and sitting outside with some of their delicious food!!

Excellent homemade food and wonderful staff! I'm dreaming about the pecan pie. Your baker rocks, the pastry was as tasty as the pecan filling. Oh my goodness buzz on over to Busy Bee Cafe and give them a try. You won't be disappointed. 🐝

Most of the food is amazing and the coffee is good, we loved the cinnamon rolls and the sandwiches! (the bread is soooo good) But I wouldn't recommend the burritos. I got the eggs Benedict burrito, it was really over salted and the most of the potatoes inside were burnt. Had to eat around sections of the burrito, and for $15 a burrito that is a big disappointment. But I'll still be back for the other items, they really are a GREAT addition to the neighborhood. Can't stop telling people about the bread.
