If you’re ever stranded on Route 50 near Burlington, WV, do yourself a favor and stop by Burlington Café. My truck had broken down and I was stuck over at PJ’s Towing yard. They were kind enough to lend me a pickup so I could grab some food—and I’m so glad they did.

This little café is a hidden gem. I ordered the scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, homemade sausage patties, and hashbrowns, and let me tell you—those hashbrowns weren’t your typical frozen stuff. They were thinly sliced whole potatoes, deep-fried to golden perfection. Seriously addictive. I also had their pancakes, and everything hit the spot.

The service was warm and welcoming, and the whole place had that down-home comfort vibe. They serve breakfast until 11 AM, and it’s the kind of breakfast that makes your whole morning better.

Definitely worth the stop—#Delicious and 100% recommend.

I have eaten here several times and every time was an excellent experience. The food is fantastic and the service is always on point. Whether you choose a burger or a meal you get a full serving which will fill you up. Enjoy the small town atmosphere and the great food.

Just finished dinner at this great little restaurant. We had the country fried steak, which was excellent. The mashed potatoes are real and made in house. Salad was filled with fresh ingredients and covered with grated cheese. Owners and staff are super friendly! Everything is clean and welcoming.

Best bacon cheeseburgers I’ve ever had! And I’ve had a lot, in the US and overseas. Also, great prices and super-great staff. Will return as often as possible!

The food was good but took a while to get it. I did not like the fact all the waitresses were eating and waiting on people without at all washing hands.

We went in today and got lunch, on our travels. Owners are super nice and their food is pretty good. Make sure you leave room for one of their fantastic desserts.
