I contacted Michelle Dent about a year before our destination wedding last February. From beginning to the end of the process of booking 33 people from different parts of the state. I met Michelle during a business networking meeting and asked her to plan my family vacation to Europe. She was very friendly, flexible, and truly helpful in processing the dates, stop overs and more. Also helped to process travel insurance which we ended up needing. Now she has been helping us to get our money from the tickets back since we had to cancel our trip due to a family emergency. All steps have been pleasant the easy as well as the hard parts. I would highly recommend using them. It was great to have a professional in our corner to deal with these unforeseen difficulties.

Agent was difficult to work with. Thought travel agents were to assist with booking vacation. That wasn't the case; at least with our specific agent. Ended up booking our own vacation saving $300 per person, and yes it was the same dates and flight number that our agent eventually provided.
