Great service. Amazing customer service. I don't go often but have never been disappointed. I went today love the paper straws. Reminds me of the UK. They are durable and held up great.

We waited for quite a while in drive through and there was only one car ahead of us. Not sure what the problem was, but we were asked to wait when we finally got to the menu board, then we waited again at the window. The food was great which kind of made up for the long wait. It appeared they might have been short handed.

New sandwiches and they
We're so terrible. It was slop!!! I would not feed a pig the slop they fed us.
And I won't even talk about the fries!! DO NOT GO THERE WORST PLACE TO EAT!! NEVER GO THERE.

Went in to order at Burger King. Ordered the Bacon King, fries and a Whopper Jr. The Bacon King had too much ketchup. Made it messy to eat. The fries were excellent! Place was VERY busy!

Visited the Fort Payne location on 3/2/22 at 6:52 PM to cure a Whopper craving. Noticed that the inside of the store wasn’t busy, practically empty so we decided to go in. Placed our order and waited for our food. Took a while to get our order and noticed that we were given onion rings in one order instead of fries. I didn’t take it back because it took so long to get our food in the first place. As we were eating another customer came inside with a complaint with their order. We finished our meal and left. As we were leaving yet another customer was walking in with their food bag. I used to frequent this location when I worked in town, hate to see it go down hill.

Stopped in right at 8am on a friday to get some breakfast, all the lights were off, nobody decided to show up I guess. They're supposed to open at 6am mind you. This location was never known for its cleanliness or quality of food, so its very apparent management has just given up, It's a shame.
